AI-Powered Groundworks Promotes Scott Davis, PE, to Senior Vice President of Engineering
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Dec. 11, 2018) – Groundworks announced today that Scott Davis, PE, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Engineering. He will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations throughout the companies’ fourteen locations east of the Rocky Mountains. Davis previously served as Senior Director of Engineering, Safety and Compliance for JES Foundation Repair, a Groundworks Company, where he originally started as a professional engineer in 2003.

After graduating in 1987 from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Davis served as construction manager for the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Norfolk, Virginia for 20 years previous to joining JES Foundation Repair. Davis has designed solutions for over 11,000 commercial and residential structural, foundation, crawl space and basement waterproofing problems.
