AI-Powered Groundworks Grows Sales Training Roster with Addition of Tim Tracy
Experienced Sales Professional Joins Corporate Training Team at Groundworks University
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Feb. 28, 2020) – Groundworks®, the nation’s largest foundation services company, welcomes Tim Tracy to his new role as Sales Trainer with Groundworks University. In this role, Tracy will have the critical task of helping lead the company’s sales professionals in their initial training. This foundational training is vital to the success of the growing Groundworks sales force, allowing its current and future branches to quickly and effectively meet customer needs while providing the excellent service Groundworks brands are known for.

Prior to joining Groundworks University, Tracy was a Certified Field Inspector (CFI) at the Manassas branch of JES Foundation Repair™ (JES), one of the 11 brands of foundation repair and basement waterproofing companies in the Groundworks family of brands. Tracy quickly proved himself and soon became one of the top sales performers in his branch. His achievements were not only measured by his sales performance, but also his ability to help others excel and his leadership among his peers, embracing and implementing the philosophy of “Freedom to Grow.”

Tracy attended the University of Kansas where he received a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication. He also attended Boise State University to pursue graduate studies in Philosophy of Communications Studies. When he’s not honing his training skills, Tracy exercises his passion for fitness and nutrition which had led him to coaching and participation in multiple sports. Tracy will be based at Groundworks headquarters in Virginia Beach and is excited to move to the area with his wife and two children. Outside of engaging with the teams and training in sales, Tracy is excited to utilize his nutrition and fitness knowledge to challenge and inspire the entire Groundworks Tribe.
