Home services leader opens new locations in Atlanta, Louisville and San Jose

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (March 27, 2024) – Groundworks®, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company, continues its growth trajectory with the opening of three new offices located in Atlanta, GA, Louisville, KY, and San Jose, CA. The addition of these locations closes a strong first quarter, during which Groundworks opened a total of five new offices and acquired four companies.

Following is a list of the newest Groundworks brand offices:

AquaGuard Foundation Solutions: 3205 S. Martin St., East Point, GA 30344 – opens April 1; this will be the second AquaGuard office located within the Atlanta area
AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists: 1904 Watterson Trail, Ste. 130, Louisville, KY 40299 – opens April 1; this will be the first office located within the city
Bay Area Underpinning: 1161 N. Fair Oaks Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94089 – opened March 15; this is the second office located within the Bay Area

Since January 2024, Groundworks also opened offices in Wichita, KS, and Wilmington, NC, as well as acquired two Oklahoma-based companies, one in New Jersey and one in Texas – which also coincided with Groundworks entering the commercial poly market.

Groundworks now operates in 67 offices nationwide, serving 35 states. Its services include concrete repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space moisture and structural repair, and foundation repair.
