The father-son team, Ross and Keith Johnson, started Innovative Basement Authority (IBA) in 2005. Keith led the growth of the business and expanded to multiple offices in Minnesota and North Dakota. In 2019, IBA partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company to invest more in their business and employees. Chad and Josh helped fix a foundation seepage issue in two spots in our basement. They also installed a new sump pump location. They did a great job on the project keeping any mess to a minimum and cleaning up after very well. Chad also did a great job walking me through the process at the start and with the final walkthrough answering any questions I had!

Leonard and Anthony were sent and 2 days later they were done after working about 10 hours per day. They were so professional and answered all our questions. They were great. Went with this local waterproofing service after a friend recomended them, and I have to say it worked out pretty well. The crew showed up on time and walked me thru what they were doing, which helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Basement used to get a little damp after heavy rain, but since they finished the job it’s been dry and doesn’t have that musty smell anymore. Price felt fair for the work, and everyone was friendly enough. Not overly fancy, just solid work, I’d definately use them again if I needed it.
