I got the free inspection, and I was informed about what was recommended. I agreed to the recommendations and the team of Iran, Chris M and Zack K, took care of my crawlspace in a very professional matter. Iran kept me updated during the entire process and he showed genuine concern about wanting to meet my expectations. Dan Lauterbur came to my house to advise me regarding some basement cracking and seepage that had been previously treated by another company. His assessment was thorough and detailed and noted several concerns that I had not previously been aware of. He was very helpful in advising me as how to best proceed and what to ask and look for when the company that did the original warrantied work returns to readdress the problems. If the original company fails to adequately address the concerns or if new problems arise in the future, I will most certainly be back in touch with the Ohio Basement Authority.
