All heroes don’t were capes. But I now know three amazing people that do Zachary H. , Micheal H,.and Paul L. Definitely do. They save us they found a gas leak on the first day. Call the gas company and for everything shut off before it had gotten and could had be deadly. We were able to get a Plumm out to find two major leaks. Once everything was fixed and cleared. They were back at it with communication, smile, and extremely professional. They educated us on what was going through the hole installation. The made sure that everything was nice and neat and that now parents won’t have the added health hazard of home that doesn’t support there life goals and healthcare needs. They also did not know that they absolutely restored faith in contractors and tradesmen. Due to bad experiences with other companies. My parents are very happy that nearly impossible to hit. They definitely over delivered and we can thank them enough for the best experience in over a decade. They install was seamless even with hiccup from the gas leaks. They help keep us calm and focused throughout the repair. The gas company was even impressed by the progress they made in the short amount of time before they had to stop. They were so patient with parents make sure that they understood everything. No matter how many times they were asked the same questions. Reframing their explanations until they grasp it and were comfortable. They were honest about the solution that work best for my parents house and let us know of any possible problems. And how cherish when people don’t present problem without at least a possible solutions. Thank you so very much. Looking forward to to see you soon help out our Neibors make their homes healthier , protecting their investments and legacy, and the added benefit of saving them money. Where do I begin??!! I contacted Groundworks to get an estimate for some concrete lifting. Kalen was the one who came to do the estimate. He went above & behind in every way. He was very thorough with his approach to our ‘project’, covering all bases & checking everything that needed to be checked. Throughout the process he explained everything & answered all my questions. From the time he spent doing the estimate, then coming back to explain it all to me, show me videos etc, he gave me everything I needed to know for the work we needed done & for us to make a decision on which company to schedule with. We have our project scheduled and we look forward to getting the work done!

I wanted to write a review because I’ve had multiple companies come out and do similar work, and Groundworks has by far done the best job. There were two guys in particular Ethan and Seth who did an amazing job. It seemed like Seth was training Ethan, and everything went smoothly; the finished work looks beyond perfect. Seth was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing, and Ethan was friendly and seemed to be learning quickly and retaining a lot of information. I did ask who the main crew lead was, and he wasn’t on-site most of the time. When he was there briefly, my wife mentioned he was often on his phone, so I’m not entirely sure of his involvement. From what we saw, Seth appeared to be the one really running the job. My wife even mentioned wanting Seth & Ethan back for future work, but I’d be hesitant to have the same crew again if the main lead continues to be absent most of the time and making outside life on his phone more important than work itself. That said, Seth and Ethan were outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. I’ve already referred a few friends to ask for them specifically at Groundworks in SeaTac. Thank you, Seth and Ethan, for your hard work and professionalism we truly appreciate it!

Evan, Jorge, and Aldo did a fantastic job. They were quick ( they stayed until a 2 day job was finished in 1), efficient and even acted like they liked our cooking (we made them take a break to eat lunch with us). When the job was finished everything was super clean. They explained everything they did, the warranty, the pump and dehumidifier and the floor and wall coverings.We have used AFS twice now and would highly recommend them.

****** and ***** did an excellent job on my concrete lift repair. My porch and front walk had dropped over 3" and they were able to bring it back up to almost the original position. They were careful not to bind my door or damage the porch rails. They explained to me the importance of having the porch positioned so that drainage went away from the house. They provided a seal and cosmetic patch between the house and porch, which was an unexpected service that they provided. I couldn't be more happy with the result! They were professional, careful and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Groundworks.
