We had a great experience with the inspector, Kevin Pucel, from Groundworks. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was inspecting. He answered all of my questions clearly and honestly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and willingness to educate me about my foundation issues really stood out. Ricky from your office did a very good inspection. Tested sump pump and found it was working well and other previous work was all okay. He did inform me of items that might help our heating costs and health concerns so we are glad he made suggestions and looking into these. He was most courteous and answered questions thoroughly and most pleasantly.
