DeVon T. came out to my house this morning to do my annual Innovative Basement Authority inspection. DeVon was totally professional and cordial. He inspected the sump pump and beaver system that was previously installed by Innovative and once his inspection was complete we went through his checklist and discussed everything on it. His inspection included the inside of my house, the outside of my house, the driveway and the sidewalk. He discussion was to the point and very precision. You have one hell of an employee. Make sure you keep him. Thanks, Deb

Had some disagreements with the sales advisor but Walker, the Sales Manager, corrected things as how it should be and things worked out. Huge shout out to the following individuals who did the deck foundation work on my property: Timothy Richter (CFI), along with Braxden Chouinard, Caitlin Hove, Chris Story, and Matt Doefler. Thanks for your knowledge and expertise.

Excellent job done by Nick, Gunner and Devon on installing the plates to correct the foundation walls. These guys were very professional, explained everything they were going to do and then just got to it. My sales guy although knowledgeable said they would take two days and these guys were done before 4 pm the first day! I would hire them back any day
