Every Groundworks employee starts with a structured training program focused on safety, skills, and service. Once completed, you earn your certification patch — a symbol of your hard work and readiness to lead on the job.

As part of our pledge to create 5,000 jobs in five years, nearly 1,000 of those roles will be leadership positions — proof that we’re building lasting careers, not just filling jobs.

Be a Groundworks Owner

Groundworks is a company built on Meritocracy. We believe that if you expect someone to act like an Owner, you need to make them one.

All employees become eligible and enrolled in the Employee Ownership Program after six months of consecutive employment within the company. When the company has a financial event, all employees in the program will benefit.
