FSS helped me with a warehouse in New Braunfels that had significant foundation settling. They were able to lift the troublesome areas up a little bit and stabilize the rest of the foundation. Initial results are good, but the true test will be how it holds up over the next several years. The foreman, Earle C, was proactive with communicating each step of the process, and giving me plenty of heads up whenever he and the crew were on their way. Austin R and David H were his crew, and they were polite and professional as well.

Our 50 yr old house shifted 1” on one end right after thanksgiving 25. Had Alpha come inspect- they had aready solution to stabilize the house indefinitely, clear out the musty smell and lift the house so any damage inside along the ceilings could be easily recovered. They were prompt polite, very informative, went the extra mile with under the house coverage. They encapsulated the crawl space and braced the house with steel beams. From inside the house – a definite tightening was evident. House is tight, quiet & the musty smell is all but gone. Jon George Alex and Zach did an excellent job job wrapping and cleaning up on the crawlspace. KUDOS!
