From the initial estimate to work completion, our experience has been excellent with Foundation Recover Systems. Chris Vanderpool provided the estimate. He was thorough in his explanation of the work and his reasoning for those specific steps. He also helped us determine what was most urgent to have done, which was a gift when considering spending so much money at once. He never once pushed us by putting down other companies, but let his professionalism and apparent expertise speak for itself. He was quick to answer questions and communicative while we were making our decision. The crew who ultimately came to do our work also spoke very highly of him. The crew that completed the work were professional and efficient. They arrived on time, worked hard, were quiet (apart from the necessary noise of their equipment), and communicative. Their communication impressed me most. Each day, they gave me a rundown of what they’d done, where they were at in the process, and answered any questions I had. Upon completion, they walked my husband and me through everything and provided us with thorough and complete instructions for how to manage the waterproofing system after our 3 year maintenance period is up. When we discovered an issue, they came out right away and fixed it at no extra cost. They stand by their work and honor their commitment. We had 4 companies total provide estimates for the work, and I am so thankful we chose Foundation Recovery Systems.

Michael Cornecelli came to Elizabeth WV, to look at our Crawlspace, he found things which we suspected were an issue and did not want to hear were true, but in reality things happen. He was thorough and detailed. I felt that his past experiences with homes and construction, helped him and us understand the real problems we were facing and have a more informed corrective action to resolve. I have peace of mind knowing that real professionals will help to keep us moving forward without more problem evolving. Air quality in our home will be better and damages will cease to persist. Thank you Michael for your help and explanations breaking it all down. We are looking forward to having our home revived.

Owen did an outstanding job assessing our foundation needs and clearly communicating the different repair options available to us. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy throughout the entire process, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. On the final visit, he even brought his boss along to further assess our home and help solidify a repair plan. Their combined expertise and thorough explanations gave us a lot of confidence in our decision to move forward. We ultimately chose to proceed with a Foundation Recovery Systems solution, and we truly appreciated the time, care, and professionalism Owen showed every step of the way. Highly recommend!
