Benjamin Anthony was our inspector that came out and inspected our home. He was on time, polite, and explained in great detail all the issues going on in the home and how to fix it all. When briefing he had detail photos and showed us the true condition of the home. When we purchased our work he didn’t pressure us and ensured we were happy with everything going forward. We have our work scheduled for later in the month but so far extremely pleased with Groundwords.

Justin, Gerritt and Cameron came out to do an encapsulation for us and it exceeded our expectations! Cameron was super thorough and walked us through the process and provided plenty of updates along the way. Could not have asked for more. When you’re spending such a big amount on something like that it is comforting to know they’re making sure it’s just right. Thank you all so much!! Also shoutout to Matt for our consult! I would Definitely recommend Tarheel basement systems to anyone. We had issues under our house that needed major attention. The team we had was Cameron, Nyjae, Hayden and Justin. They were amazing in that they kept us informed on everything they were doing and took time to explain to me any questions I had . They were very friendly and polite.
