The process was simple and easy. From the initial home inspection to the final inspection by our County. They made sure we got the right solution for our home. Without making us feel pressured, they were informative and extremely polite. And while doing the work, they hung up our ductwork that was on the ground. I would recommend them for any crawlspace issues someone might have.

What an incredible team! I had a foundation issue resulting in a developing crack. The Dry Pro crew, Blake (foreman), Jacob and Kyriee did an extraordinary job. I was anxious about the repair and the landscaping. It was necessary to dig up and replant some shrubs (I recently had the property re landscaped). When they were done everything was perfect. You couldn’t tell they had been there. Because I was anxious, I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. A very satisfied customer!

We had Dry Pro to encapsulate our crawl space many years ago. Annually we have Dry Pro come out to check to make sure all the equipment is working correctly. Yesterday we had the pleasure of having Mark Bures, service technician come to our home to do annual check. He arrived on time and was very polite, professional and informative. He explained everything he was going to do. Once he checked everything he came back in to show us pictures of the equipment and explained what he did. My husband and I were very happy with Mark being our service technician. Great job Mark!

All of our interactions with DryPro were excellent. From the first call to the Project Manager to Ethan who did the work demonstrated a depth of knowledge and understanding of our needs – insertion of polyfoam for cracked concrete flooring- as well as a professionalism not often seen. Ethan was on site on the planned day, and finished the job in less time than anticipated. His mannerism was friendly and he answered all questions. We will recommend DryPro to our friends without hesitation.

Ethan was out to my house within two weeks to perform the service and took care of it in an afternoon. The service, product, and delivery is exceptional. I was completely impressed by the Dry Pro process from the initial contact to the finished product. Chase, my Dry Pro rep explained the process in detail and set my expectations. The installation crew, Randall, Casey H and Andrew P exceeded all Customer Services criteria. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and did amazing installation work. They continually updated me on the project status. On the last day they took the time to walk me through the encapsulation and all the equipment. I will highly recommend Dry Pro for crawl space and foundation work.
