Last year we had Groundworks come and waterproof our basement. I am extremely satisfied with not only the work but communication and professionalism from every member of the team! I scheduled our one year maintenance for a technician to come out clean the drains, sump pump, and just make sure everything is working properly. Aspen arrived on time, kind and very professional. He answered all my questions and was a great reminder that this home improvement we chose to do was a smart and good decision. Thank you Aspen and all of the Groundworks crew!!

Groundworks did a complete teardown of our crawl space which was infested with wet insulation and vermin feces with a terrible smell. They removed everything and then did an encapsulation of our crawl space with a dehumidifier and decondenser. Vlad and Juan were the 2 workers who toiled hard and perfected the work. We were satisfied with the outcome and Vlad even found a small propane leak from our stove and we were able to address the issue promptly. Very happy with the work.
