Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.

I was really impressed with Gabe who came to inspect the crawl space under our house. He was respectful, professional and kind. He did a thorough inspection, showed me the photos and explained his evaluation of it. Luckily we don't need to take action right now but if and when we do, I know who I will call.
