Great experience. After many calls and research. I was pretty sure on price estimate, what needed to be done, equipment needed, etc. I'm in Calhoun County in a 96 y o house with sagging floors. Finally Tatum and Tatum in Opelika referred me to AFS after I told Anthony what I was looking for and they don't do it. So I called and Susan was great on the phone. Seth Thomas was out inspecting the flooring/crawl space the next day and the day after that, Breon, JT, and Mauro came out and completed the job. It was like watching a choreographed dance. Then within hours Seth called to see how things went as did Neo Rivas, the crew's Field Supervisor. You just don't see customer service like this much anymore. I cannot recommend AFS more highly. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. PS Also they came in 700 dollars less than the price I had estimated, I was pleasantly surprised.

I had my crawl space encapsulated and a support beam installed by FSM. Overall, the work was done well and my floor was level after the work they did. The only issue was the encapsulation of the sump pump and leveling of the dehumidifier. The original crew that came out put the dehumidifier of cardboard pieces from the box it came in rather than footings to keep it level. They also covered over our sump pumps completely which made then inaccessible and unable to function correctly so the sump actually overflowed and flooded the crawl space. I spoke with Amanda in the office who was so sweet, understanding, and efficient with getting another crew out to my home ASAP to fix the problem. Deshawn and Reggie came out and fixed the original issue, put the dehumidifier on risers to level it (had a laugh with me about the ridiculous state of it left by the original crew) and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. They advised me on how to access everything in the future while maintaining the integrity of the encapsulation. The two of them really made sure I was happy with the end product.

Chris Phillips came out from JES to explain the basement encapsulation that had been done by the previous owner on the house we just purchased. He taught us a lot and explained what to look for. He was patient and took the time to answer my many questions. Chris showed that the dehumidifier was doing a great job controlling the crawl space moisture and that the moisture level in the wood joists was right were it should be. He proposed adding a battery back up to the sump pump, that we will be going ahead with. He was very knowledgeable and gave great service. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept the work areas remarkably clean throughout the project. Several sections of our sidewalks had settled over time, leaving height differences of approximately 1.5–2 inches. Groundworks was able to lift and level those sections so they are now smooth, safe, and look great. A special thank you to Grant C. and Gabe P. for their outstanding work. They were friendly, professional, took the time to answer questions, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. After they left, we did notice that the washer water hookup had been slightly misaligned (we are assuming they used it to flood test the system), which caused a small water leak.It was a simple fix, and honestly, had we noticed it while the crew was still here, we’re confident they would have taken care of it right away. It wasn’t a big deal, and we don’t consider it a reflection on the team at all. But wanted to include this for full transparency. We had absolutely no issues with this crew. They did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems without hesitation—great service and a job well done. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

Groundworks created a plan for the work. The garage floor was fully lifted, the shed is level again and the cracks are sealed in the driveway to give us a little longer before having to have a whole new one poured. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results. Basement gutter and sump installation went great. Oscar, Paulino and Bryant worked diligently to overcome unexpected obstacles and arrange things as I requested, and the result is all I could wish. DryPro did a much bigger project for us recently – stabilization, frame repairs, and crawlspace encapsulation. Obstacles were discovered then, too, but Hayden, Cameron, Javier, Blake and Brad and their teams all worked hard and long to make it come out right. Jesse, the DryPro inspector that came out initially, has also just been great throughout all this.
