I am blown away by the professionalism and level of safety and comfort I felt from Zach Rose and Ryan Creed. I had several other companies come out and some were trying to push a sale and others kept using language that didn’t sit right with me at all, that were huge red flags. When Ryan and Zach came in, I was a little on edge because I thought “here we go more men that think they can take advantage of a single woman/ mother” and that is not what happened, like at all. They were gentleman and professional. They inspected the outside of my home and inside as well. Ryan came back with “I’d love to sell you something but nothing is urgent and you’re structure is safe and from what I see, is all normal wear from water being too close to your home outside and normal wear for a house 75 years old.” I immediately started crying because it was honest and good news and I have been having nothing but bad news for months with things in my home. Ryan said “I’m thinking if this was my home, what would I do and other than keeping water away from my house, there’s really nothing I can see from my opinion, that sticks out as a major concern.” Zach stayed back and did show me my front cement areas are uneven and pooling water towards my home. He did provide an estimate and honestly, I never got the vibe he did this in hopes I’d give them the work just because they were honest with me. It was a relaxed discussion and no pressure of moving forward. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the integrity they both have in providing transparent and I formed information. THAT is called nurturing sales. You nature the relationship by being transparent and having integrity. Because of this, I will most certainly be choosing them for any cement and waterproofing needs in the future. You both should understand that our meeting had such a huge impact in providing some safety to my nervous system and that is honestly priceless. Thank you both so very much!

I had a rent house come vacant and am in process of doing some repairs to get it ready to sell. I noticed some cracks in the stemwall on one side of the house. I contacted Groundworks to inspect it. A gentleman named Dylan came by and did a thorough inspection and gave me a proposal for peering the wall. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. The next day he called me to inform me that it would be over two months out. I told him I had a problem with the timeline and he said he would see if anything could be done to shorten the lead time. In the meantime I contacted another company and they said they could do the work quickly and gave me a quote. Groundworks came back with a start date much quicker. The other company's proposal was much cheaper. Groundworks warranty and quality of product is very impressive but since I am selling the property keeping the cost down I important. If it were going to be my long term home I would have gone with them. The other company I chose was highly recommended. I would give Groundworks a 5 star rating. They are great to work with.

We recently had an issue with our sump pump’s exterior discharge pipe, and Justin Sanders was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His professionalism was evident the moment he arrived – punctual, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem, explained what was happening in a way that was easy to understand, and presented a clear solution. What really stood out was his problem-solving ability. The exterior piping needed to be adjusted and secured properly with very limited room to work with, and he handled it efficiently and confidently, ensuring everything was functioning correctly before he left. His team worked hard and efficiently. They had a large project done in approximately four hours. They cleaned up as well as possible after a pretty elaborate repair. Johnny and his team took care of all our concerns. Johnny and the Michaels were also great to work with.

Aside from responding back and forth via text and or phone calls regardless of the day and or hour he was on time, professional, and knowledgeable of more than just the issue I had at hand. I was dealing with some noticeably bouncy floors around my home, so I reached out to Groundworks. They sent out Dalten, who was incredibly knowledgeable. He inspected the entirety of my crawlspace and took detailed elevations, which revealed significant sagging. He also pointed out that several wood posts were actually buried in the dirt and starting to rot. To fix the issue, he recommended installing IntelliJacks to replace the failing posts and adding a new beam supported by two additional IntelliJacks to stabilize my hallway. I can’t say enough good things about Foreman Roger and his crew, Santos and Juan. They showed up ready to work and efficiently installed everything exactly as outlined in the contract. It’s clear these guys take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Groundworks if you want a team that sticks to their word and refuses to cut corners. My floors feel solid again!
