From the moment they arrived, they were professional without being stiff, communicated everything clearly, and worked at a pace that genuinely surprised me. House had settled an excessive amount on one side, so decided to go with Alpha Foundations to install helical piers to (slightly) lift and brace the house. Jake and his team were prompt, explained everything that was going on with the process of installing helical piers, and left me feeling that the house was in better shape (and protected for the future) than when they started. Overall, the folks from Alpha Foundations were reliable, set good expectations, and imo, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend going with these guys for assistance with home foundation issues.
