Thank you to Tory, Cody, and the entire Alpha Foundations team for their ‘must-have’ home foundation/pool deck service. Cody diligently analyzed the foundation/pool deck for any possible issues, establishing a baseline to revisit over time. Working the Tory – one the handful of top professionals nationwide – my outdoor pool deck was stabilized, circumventing any future concerns. Tory was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about the product and process, and carefully skilled in the precision necessary for stabilization. Excellent work – terrific peace of mind from the highly skilled team.

We started with Zach, who set everything up to have our foundation slightly raised and stabilized. Unfortunately the work was postponed due to Hurricane Milton. However, Zach kept us informed about the permit progress. The work crew was Jake, Charles, Alberto, and Tori. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Jake explained everything that they would be doing. They left the work area perfect. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to my friends.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alpha Foundation! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Dallas, the sales guy, was incredibly communicative and thorough from day one. He spent hours meticulously measuring my home’s elevation and inspecting every inch under the house to ensure an accurate and detailed assessment. He answered every single question I had with patience and a deep knowledge of the process, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. When it came time to get permits, there were a few unavoidable delays, but Dallas kept me in the loop every step of the way, giving me regular updates so I never felt left in the dark. His dedication and transparency made all the difference in giving me confidence in the project. When the work finally began, Tyler and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They were not only highly efficient but also incredibly communicative throughout the entire job. Foundation work can be nerve-wracking, but these guys made it a seamless experience. They treated my home with the utmost care, keeping everything clean and organized while ensuring that every step of the process was done correctly. The lifting process was the part I was most nervous about, but Tyler and Greg took such a conservative and careful approach that I knew I was in good hands. They explained each phase, reassured me along the way, and made sure that no unnecessary stress was put on my home. Their precision and expertise were evident, and they truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was done safely and effectively. If you need foundation work done, look no further! The team at Alpha Foundation is top-notch. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are second to none. Huge thanks to Dallas, Tyler, and Greg for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience! Highly recommend!

From the start of the estimate to the finished job it was a fantastic experience. My driveway was sinking in one major area and cracks were forming in 3 other areas. My estimator was David. Very personable and professional and explained everything in detail. Communicated well before the appointment and throughout service day. They were able to get me on the calendar very quickly. Tory (senior foreman) and William showed up on time and ready to work. Both were excited and clearly they love what they do. We went over specifics and then they went to work. I was able to see the step by step process and it is something else. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. Every place was leveled out and the cracks were sealed in about 2 hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you have ANYTHING going on with concrete, this better be your first call. They also have excellent financing options in case you need it..!! Thank you David, Tory, William and Alpha Foundations St Pete location..!!

Foundation Experts in Tampa
Homeowners in Tampa, Florida, understand the unique challenges posed by the city’s subtropical climate and sandy soils on their home’s foundation and basement. When issues arise, it’s crucial to contact the experts at Alpha Foundation for a complimentary inspection.
Tampa experiences hot, humid summers and mild winters, with frequent thunderstorms and occasional hurricanes. These weather conditions, combined with the city’s sandy soils, can put significant strain on your home. A lack of proper waterproofing and insufficient support can leave your basement or crawl space vulnerable to moisture infiltration and structural damage.
Signs of foundation and moisture control issues include damp walls in your basement and wet carpets. A lingering musty smell from your home’s lower structure indicates moisture-related problems. When these issues are coupled with the area’s soil type, your home could face significant challenges. Tampa’s soil, often characterized by sand, drains quickly, but heavy rain or storm surges can lead to oversaturation, causing instability. This shifting can result in cracks in your home’s foundation, concrete slab driveway, and sidewalks. You may also notice bowing in your walls or even cracks and gaps.
To protect your home from these issues, rely on the experts at Alpha Foundation for the necessary solutions and support.
