I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees—Tory and Blake—who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. We made an appointment with Alpha Foundations to have our foundation checked, and were lucky enough to have Cody as our field inspector. He was very thorough with his inspection and even allowed me to tag along with the process where he educated me along the way. Having dealt with other contractors, it was great to have someone as knowledgeable, honest and thorough as Cody, especially with such an important project. Can't say enough about the experience we had with him. Looking forward to using Alpha Foundations for our project!

My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. After the work was complete, I was also notified of the next steps to complete the inspection. What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. Foundation work just got done. Tyler, Kevin, Ryan, and Giovanni were great workers very professional. They showed me every step of the work being done and explained what to expect once the job was done. They were very efficient and once they were done they left the area better then what they began with. Upon ending the work they left this homeowner with less anxiety and more confidence in that the safty issues were corrected. Overall excellent experience would definitely recommend them. Alpha Foundation should be very proud to have such good and competent people working in their company.
