Alpha Foundations has been a professional company to deal with throughout the entire process. Ryan came out and and promptly assessed and estimated the job to uplift concrete slabs and repair cracks around our pool deck. Kevin and Cody did the on-site work. We can't say enough of the communication and professionalism of all involved!

Had a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Jake H. came and inspected the work I previously had done 3 to 4 years ago. He found cracked floor joists. We came up with a game plan for repairs. Logan, Tori, and Ethan came and did the repairs. They were the best. Very courteous, neat, and professional. Another satisfied customer. Thank you, Jake H., Logan, Tori, and Ethan.

Alpha was great from start to finish. From the initiating call to the explanation of work they had done. They were responsive, punctual, communicative, personable, tidy and did an amazing job. From the first contact with Christian to the final explanation with the crew (Brendon and Nick) it was seamless and professional. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. Brendon and Nick did a great job! They even accommodated us on a kind of odd request. Since we had a giant hole in our floor, we asked them to leave it open so we could get a floor safe installed. They figured out what we needed and made it work! Great thinking on their feet! Almost makes me wish we had more foundation issues….Almost! I highly recommend Alpha Foundations!!

Incredibly grateful to have found this company. Everyone we interacted with beginning from the first phone call was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It can be difficult to navigate your way as a consumer in an industry you know nothing about, and it’s great to work with a company you can have total confidence in. Thanks to Brett, the technicians, and the entire team involved in our repair, we had an affordable solution to our issue in a very short timeframe. Pricing is fair and expertise is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Had Nathan come out to my house to give me some help and my foundation to see if it was cracking or not luckily for me it wasn't that and he had some awesome advice for me. He seemed extremely trustworthy. If I did need foundation work, I would definitely go to them based on him. He doesn't seem like someone that would work for a shady organization so just based on my interaction with him when I need foundation work I would trust this company and Nathan was amazing.

Foundation Experts in Fort Myers
Homeowners in Fort Myers, Florida, recognize the impact of the region’s subtropical climate and sandy soils on their home’s foundation and basement. When warning signs emerge, it’s essential to call the experts at Alpha Foundation for a free inspection.
Fort Myers experiences hot, humid summers, mild winters, and a hurricane season that can bring heavy rainfall and strong winds. These weather conditions, paired with the area’s sandy soils, can put considerable stress on your home. Inadequate waterproofing and insufficient support may leave your basement or crawl space susceptible to moisture damage and structural issues.
Damp walls in your basement and wet carpets are indicators of foundation and moisture control problems. A persistent musty smell from your home’s lower structure also signals moisture-related concerns. Together with the local soil type, these factors can significantly affect your home. Fort Myers is known for its sandy soil, which drains well but can become unstable during heavy rainfall or storm surge. This instability can lead to cracks in your home’s foundation, concrete slab driveway, and sidewalks. Bowing walls and cracks or gaps in the walls are additional potential problems.
Trust the experts at Alpha Foundation to safeguard your home from these challenges, providing necessary solutions and assistance.
