I had Alpha Foundations come out to take a look at my condo foundation because I had tiles cracking in a few different areas. The field inspector named Eric K. was very patient in explaining what he was doing, what he was observing, and even the tool he was using. He immediately made you feel comfortable because he was so personable, knowledgeble, and structured in his approach. He went room to room, measuring, then pictures, and then a walk through of his findings. To my astonishment he left telling me that he would have a report over to me tonight. It has been a long time since I had a business come out when they said they would and then exceed my expectations. Thank you Eric!!!

They used a spray foam injection method to lift and secure the slab, and the difference was immediate. The team was professional, on time, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job.
