We originally contacted AFS for some uneven flooring. They suggested installing floor supports in some key locations and warned us that later we may have the need for girder beam support. That day arrived when AFS showed up for a routine inspection of the original support piers. Todd, our sales representative, was thorough with his explanation and made the options we had clear. The install day, Micah and Kayden communicated their arrival time and worked extremely hard all day. The job was 2 days and they again let us know they were coming early the next morning. Again, they worked very hard all day long and into the early evening. I can't say enough about their work ethic. It was refreshing to witness. They got all the steel placed on the girder beams and extra support piers in place. Great experience and we would highly recommend them if you are in need of any type of foundation issues.

Every part of our transaction involving basement wall reinforcement was amazing, from the initial phone call with JoAnn, to the free inspection by Caleb Loy, to the final product installed by CJ and Baron. All personnel were courteous, professional and efficient. Best yet, my understanding is that AFS is an employee-owned company, and this is fully reflected in how all AFS personnel complete their assignments! My front porch steps are concrete and were pulling away from my house so I contacted AFS for help. Dylan, Tanner, and Mason came and checked everything out near my steps to see where water pipes and septic pipes ran before they started the job. They answered all my questions before they started. They broke out the concrete, hand dug to find footings, ran piers to 1600 psi, did lift procedure, and fondly sealed cracks and patched the concrete. Overall they did a good job and I'm well pleased.

The house before they came had developed a very shaky floor system and had sank 3 inches in some areas. It is now solid. I am really pleased with their work and their timeless. I have an approximately 20 year old home that sits on a full basement. Over the years I noticed a crack developing on one wall. So I called AFS to come have a look and give me an estimate on repairs. Inspector / salesman Steve McGahon called and scheduled an appointment within 24hrs. On our scheduled appointment he was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Once the contract was signed and deposit was paid we set an installation date. Luckily for me they had a couple of projects moved around and got to me a few days early. Installation crew (CJ and Kieth) called to verify appointment and of course were right on time. As The installation crew prepared the worksite CJ identified an unforeseen problem with the intended plan of action. As I am no engineer by any stretch of the imagination, CJ Explained why it would need to be done a different way. She took her time to explain and show me alternative options. CJ is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional; you can tell she actually cares about customer experiences. I cannot say enough about CJ and Keith as installers. CJ and Keith kept a clean and safe work environment And worked in a very methodic rhythm. I cannot say enough about the quality of craftsmanship that CJ and Keith exude. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs.
