We recently had AFS come out and inspect for a possible foundation issue. Caleb arrived as scheduled and explained what he was going to do. Took about 1.5 hours to complete and he gave us the good news that we didnt actually have a foundation issue. It was a problem with the stucco finish. Rather than try to push a non existent problem he said it would be ethically wrong for him to do that. Character and trust in AFS was gained that day and will be quick to advise others to use the company if they need assistance. Thanks Caleb again for your time.

I recently had AFS Foundation Company come out to evaluate work done at my home, and I want to express how grateful I am for the experience. Andy Friar and Chris Wanzer were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to carefully inspect everything, explained each detail in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt confident about what was going on with my home. They walked me through what had been done, what still needed attention, and reassured me that everything would be taken care of properly. Their communication was clear, honest, and very reassuring. It’s not often you meet people who take this much pride in their work, and it really showed. I truly appreciate their time, effort, and professionalism. Then came the time for AFS to make good on their promises and Jackson, Micah, and Mikey did not disappoint. They communicated before, during, and after the job. We originally contacted AFS for some uneven flooring. They suggested installing floor supports in some key locations and warned us that later we may have the need for girder beam support. That day arrived when AFS showed up for a routine inspection of the original support piers. Todd, our sales representative, was thorough with his explanation and made the options we had clear. The install day, Micah and Kayden communicated their arrival time and worked extremely hard all day. The job was 2 days and they again let us know they were coming early the next morning. Again, they worked very hard all day long and into the early evening. I can't say enough about their work ethic. It was refreshing to witness. They got all the steel placed on the girder beams and extra support piers in place. Great experience and we would highly recommend them if you are in need of any type of foundation issues.

I have an approximately 20 year old home that sits on a full basement. Over the years I noticed a crack developing on one wall. So I called AFS to come have a look and give me an estimate on repairs. Inspector / salesman Steve McGahon called and scheduled an appointment within 24hrs. On our scheduled appointment he was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Once the contract was signed and deposit was paid we set an installation date. Luckily for me they had a couple of projects moved around and got to me a few days early. Installation crew (CJ and Kieth) called to verify appointment and of course were right on time. As The installation crew prepared the worksite CJ identified an unforeseen problem with the intended plan of action. As I am no engineer by any stretch of the imagination, CJ Explained why it would need to be done a different way. She took her time to explain and show me alternative options. CJ is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional; you can tell she actually cares about customer experiences. I cannot say enough about CJ and Keith as installers. CJ and Keith kept a clean and safe work environment And worked in a very methodic rhythm. I cannot say enough about the quality of craftsmanship that CJ and Keith exude. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs.
