We met Caleb Loy on August 09, 24. He kept us informed of his arrival time before getting here at 9:15AM. We sat down for an Informational Overview and then proceeded to the Crawl space for an indept Inspection. We discussed options to correct the problem after the Inspection and decided on one of the available solutions to fix our problem. We signed a contract and the work will be done this Monday, the 12th. of August. Caleb is on time and seems to know his job. It was a pleasure to work with Caleb and we are looking forward to meeting the work crew on Monday.

I have an approximately 20 year old home that sits on a full basement. Over the years I noticed a crack developing on one wall. So I called AFS to come have a look and give me an estimate on repairs. Inspector / salesman Steve McGahon called and scheduled an appointment within 24hrs. On our scheduled appointment he was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Once the contract was signed and deposit was paid we set an installation date. Luckily for me they had a couple of projects moved around and got to me a few days early. Installation crew (CJ and Kieth) called to verify appointment and of course were right on time. As The installation crew prepared the worksite CJ identified an unforeseen problem with the intended plan of action. As I am no engineer by any stretch of the imagination, CJ Explained why it would need to be done a different way. She took her time to explain and show me alternative options. CJ is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional; you can tell she actually cares about customer experiences. I cannot say enough about CJ and Keith as installers. CJ and Keith kept a clean and safe work environment And worked in a very methodic rhythm. I cannot say enough about the quality of craftsmanship that CJ and Keith exude. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs.

Great experience start to finish. Caleb came out for the initial inspection. Straight forward, no high-pressure sales shenanigans. the product and the price met our needs and we moved forward on the installation. Tim, Travis, & Cody did the clean out and install. I did not believe it was only a 'one day' job. But it was! The crawl space looks great, the backyard/work area looked as if nobody had been there, and the crew was professional, polite, and kept us updated on the progress. Zach was in touch with me the next day to follow up. I had reservations about AFS having been acquired by a national corporation, but besides the initial call, this is very much a locally run operation with a great group of folks who live and work right here in our community. Every part of our transaction involving basement wall reinforcement was amazing, from the initial phone call with JoAnn, to the free inspection by Caleb Loy, to the final product installed by CJ and Baron. All personnel were courteous, professional and efficient. Best yet, my understanding is that AFS is an employee-owned company, and this is fully reflected in how all AFS personnel complete their assignments!
