The crew that came out from AFS to install 6 pillars were fantastic. They are Josh B Bailey L Isaiah W Kuda They worked awesome as a team!!! The work was explained to me what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and what materials they were using. Answered any and all questions. One of the points they made was they would dig down till they hit rock, well here in Mt. Juliet you don’t have to dig very far as a matter of fact footer sat on rock ( 5 of 6 did) These men had jackhammers to bust out rock a foot down them undermine the footer 6” in order to get pillars in. They worked for two days jackhammering to accomplish this task. They worked together not just one doing all the work, they were awesome!!! Hard to find good workers like that anymore!!! It would be nice if they had a hoe ram attachment for their mini-x Would have saved them time and their backs. Once again they Never Slacked!!! I would highly recommend this group to do any of your work you need done ! They respected our home , yard and dogs:)! They were very professional Thank you we appreciate it very much I would like to give 10 starts but not an option. Call em you won’t be sorry you did !!!

Allan Proctor from La Vergne came out this morning to do a free follow-up inspection of their encapsulation, air filtering, and water removal from by crawlspace. Very professional abd thorough in his review of its all being punctual. He did find a couple of small corrections that were needed and he repaired them on the spot. He found a possible foundation issue abd gave me all the options his company could provide to ensure it did not get worse. We went over all the inspection report after his evaluation and minor fixes and was emailed a copy of his report. Total professional and would recommend him and AFS for foundation and crawlspace funtionality.

AHS recently encapsulated our crawlspace. The crew that did the work was 5 stars. Evan, Aldo, Mason & Joel did a phenomenal job. They kept us well informed as to what they were doing and why- stellar communication! Attention to detail was exceptional— Far beyond the ordinary. Materials were first rate and the company’s prices were quite reasonable. Our house is older, 1973, with its own set of quirks. Fortunately, this team had the skills to meet the challenge. The finished product was outstanding. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
