Had a wonderful experience with Peyton and his crew Taylor, Collin, Mario who handled my project in Springfield TN. I needed extra support in my crawl space because my pillars were cracking due to the age of my house (1956) and the floors had bounce. AFS inspected the crawl space and didn’t try to over sell me anything. They were reasonable priced for the amount of supports needed. I’m very happy with the results. They have a lifetime warranty on parts and installation. Can’t beat that.

I am beyond impressed with AFS!!! Wade Siler, from AFS, arrived and looked at the areas of our concern. He examined the ground underneath of our porches and checked the walls attached. He showed us how the slate was laid and told us they would not be able to help us. The raising foam could pop out our stones because there was no concrete under them. He was HONEST, and said AFS wants to be a company that people can trust…my husband and I really appreciated his honesty and I will not hesitate to recommend AFS to our family and friends! Allan Proctor did an inspection of my crawl spaces today. He advised of some improvements that have been made to the encapsulation process. My encapsulation from 6 year's ago could use some updates. The one from 2 years ago is perfect. He explained the industry’s standards have changed, and explained in detail the upgrades that are recommended. Very thorough. Appreciate all the time he spent answering all my questions. Definitely an asset to AFS.
