Seth, who did the initial inspection and completed the proposal, was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. Alexis handled all of the paperwork; she was prompt, courteous, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. Cesar, Miguel, and Luciano completed the work for us in just two days! They were so polite, professional, and very hard working! Cesar kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the process and answered any questions I had. I have had some foundation settling and wanted to get some professionals out to take a look and give some quotes. I had three companies come out, and AFS was the one I was most impressed with. Alan McConnell was my inspector and he took his time, didn’t seem in a rush, and truly made it seem more like a friend helping me than something transactional. As someone who is often a DIY’er I appreciated his detail and insight on options, methods, etc. Their quote was competitive and I don’t have any complaints. Definitely give them a call if you need some foundation help!
