Thank you for Mr. Paul Rice, Logan , Jesus, Jacob for do great foundation climate control and repair. My husband is a veteran served this country for 23 years and 3 months and I former medical worker and during covid 19 in NYC. They have help saved the settling of our home , they have helped stopped the original growth of mold in our crawl space and made our home a healthy and safe environment! I have rheumatoid arthritis , fibermyalgia and a low immune system that of this wasnt controlled i would have gotten even more sick from this home then I already have. This home has given me pain and suffering after we purchased it and with this team Mr Paul Rice Logan , Jesus, Jacob they helped me and my quality of life and the lifespan of my home! AFS was very good to work with. Caleb Loy provided a timely quote along with detailed information, including drawings, about the work to be done which was shoring up underneath the house, the lack of which was causing the floor to sink and walls to crack. The job was scheduled without delay. Crew consisting of Ridley, Lowe and Murphy were courteous and professional. They got the job done in the time stated. They took me under the house to show/explain in detail what had been done. I would recommend AFS for this type work.

Super service… able to reschedule concrete lifting job before originally scheduled. Parris Houghins and Benjamin Esparza kept us in the loop from the time to set out until they arrived. Parris explained the entire job, the approximate time it would take, and asked if I had any questions. I told him my concerns and he understood my requirements. He and Benjamin started and when finished explained what was done, how it was done, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They even cleaned the work area and left the area spic and span! Two excellent workers are shining stars at AFS.

We were informed on everything thay were going to do and were told that they would be here in aprox. 3 weeks to do the job but they called a couple days later and said they could be here in 3 days!
