I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

We had the best experience with Matthew Urbanski. He is such a nice, wonderful and honest person. He was the 3rd quote I got for a crack in my foundation with a leak coming from the outside. I love his passion and how he was more about finding a long term solution rather than a short term fix. He wanted to address the root cause instead of patching the symptoms which leads to more patches in the future. He was great at assessing the whole house and discussed ideas on how to fix the main issue which was getting water away from the house. I even asked him about doing the foundation repair and he told me to wait, so we know that the outside problem was fixed before repairing the inside- but if we repair the inside, we won’t know truly if we fixed the root cause. We just had the best experience with Matthew and we could not believe how lucky we were to have such a nice, patient, honest man! Thank you so much!

A few months ago, AquaGuard came and shored up the corner of our house that had been settling over the years and finally had some large cracks in the brick. Some of the dirt had settled because of torrential rains, so today Jorge and José came and took care of it for us. They added a ton of dirt and packed it down with a special machine, and I am pretty sure that will take care of all of the settling. They also put the mulch and stepping stones back in place, and left the whole area neater than they had found it. These guys were awesome – smart, polite, hard-working, and professional. Please give them both a big fat bonus.

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.

I had a great experience with Nick Stamathis from AquaGuard. He was personable, sincere, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, trustworthy. He took the time to show me the cracks in my foundation and clearly explained why my home would benefit from SettleStop Push Piers. I've been a customer of AquaGuard for four years, ever since they encapsulated my crawlspace. I've been very satisfied with both their initial work and the annual servicing since then. In fact, it was during one of these routine visits that the foundation issue was identified. I was very pleased to have the crew from Aquagard come to my home to solve a problem with my crawl space. They were very quick to figure it out. I worked with Andrew first and he was great. It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!

I inquired via phone number (basement flood) and instantly I was contacted and someone (Landon Dungo) came out that day. He was very informative and I understood everything he explained. The crew came from East Point and the lead was Kevin. Initially there was a huge misunderstanding about what was to take place and within an hour it was all worked out and th job was successfully completed. I was very happy and satisfied with the work, th clean up and their professionalism. Though it haven’t rained to see if rain is coming in my basement on that side it I’m certain my problem has been resolved. I highly recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough of the field supervisor, Frankie Jasinski. He was extremely responsive to the issues we experienced at our home following the installation. When we called regarding water entering the basement after the install, he came out promptly to assess the situation. Within just a few hours, he had a crew scheduled to come out and make the necessary repairs. After the recent rains, the repair proved successful, and we are happy to report that there is no longer any water entering the basement.

Beginning in 1995, founder Tom DiGregorio built his waterproofing company on the principles of honesty and integrity. Realizing a need in the marketplace for foundation repair and concrete leveling in the Marietta and Greater Atlanta areas, the company expanded to offer those services becoming Georgia’s leading foundation company.
In 2011, AquaGuard grew again when Joe Rusk joined the team. Rusk had more than 30 years of experience in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry and brings a unique focus on customer satisfaction above all else.
In December 2020, AquaGuard joined Groundworks, the nation’s largest privately held foundation services company. Since then, the company has continued to grow to better serve those in Georgia.
