He came out to assess moisture I noticed coming through my garage foundation, and he quickly identified the real issue – soil had built up against the foundation from my neighbor’s planter, allowing water to collect and seep through. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain everything, even drawing a simple diagram, so I could fully understand what was happening. He even went the extra mile and helped dig away the excess soil to immediately improve the situation. We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.

I cannot speak highly enough of the field supervisor, Frankie Jasinski. He was extremely responsive to the issues we experienced at our home following the installation. When we called regarding water entering the basement after the install, he came out promptly to assess the situation. Within just a few hours, he had a crew scheduled to come out and make the necessary repairs. After the recent rains, the repair proved successful, and we are happy to report that there is no longer any water entering the basement.

The crew came from East Point and the lead was Kevin. Initially there was a huge misunderstanding about what was to take place and within an hour it was all worked out and th job was successfully completed. I was very happy and satisfied with the work, th clean up and their professionalism. March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!

We had the best experience with Matthew Urbanski. He is such a nice, wonderful and honest person. He was the 3rd quote I got for a crack in my foundation with a leak coming from the outside. I love his passion and how he was more about finding a long term solution rather than a short term fix. He wanted to address the root cause instead of patching the symptoms which leads to more patches in the future. He was great at assessing the whole house and discussed ideas on how to fix the main issue which was getting water away from the house. I even asked him about doing the foundation repair and he told me to wait, so we know that the outside problem was fixed before repairing the inside- but if we repair the inside, we won’t know truly if we fixed the root cause. Jared was assigned to do the annual reinspection of our crawl space waterproofing. He explained everything he would do and got to it. He said the previous work that was done was still in good order and there are no signs of mold or leaks. He explained one observation he found and offered suggestions on how to fix it but didn't pressure me with an upsell at the moment. He also walked around our home to look at the foundation and let me know there were no signs of exterior cracks. Jared is knowledgeable and efficient, with the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Aquaguard has another winner!

We have been a long-time customer of AquaGuard utilizing their services at various homes around Atlanta. Today, Zyan Avant, came to do our annual inspection & also to discuss encapsulation of our crawl spaces. Out of all the folk who have come out to do our annual inspections, Zyan was the most thorough. Rather than trying to sell us more services, he really focused on doing a true annual maintenance (adjusting piers that Aqua Guard had installed years prior,) & only after that was completed, he then moved on to what was necessary for our home. My husband & I truly appreciate the time he took to explain exactly what they had done already & his great attitude was infectious. We will definitely request him next year.

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Thought it was going to be a routine checkup on the work that was done in the basement with the previous owners of the house. Ended up needing my sump pump replaced and a new dehumidifier in the crawl space. I never knew they weren’t working (this is our first home) and was wondering why it always felt like it was about to rain in the basement. Needless to say Taylor Smith did a phenomenal job walking me through everything and made the process really smooth. He was super genuine and would say stuff like “this is what I would do in my house if it was me” which I very much appreciated. He was on time, communicative, and polite. 5 star service and you will be very pleased to have Mr. Smith as your tech.

On 6/8/26 NICK came out for our annual maintenance on our basement system. After finishing I mentioned our crawl space needed so attention. He went in and came up with a plan to encapsulate it. On 6/10/26, the AquaGuard crew JD and Cole arrived and did a great job with the encapsulation which included a dehumidifier and sump pump to keep the humidity around 50%. They went over and above with extra steps to prevent critters from entering the crawl space which had been an issue.

Beginning in 1995, founder Tom DiGregorio built his waterproofing company on the principles of honesty and integrity. Realizing a need in the marketplace for foundation repair and concrete leveling in the Marietta and Greater Atlanta areas, the company expanded to offer those services becoming Georgia’s leading foundation company.
In 2011, AquaGuard grew again when Joe Rusk joined the team. Rusk had more than 30 years of experience in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry and brings a unique focus on customer satisfaction above all else.
In December 2020, AquaGuard joined Groundworks, the nation’s largest privately held foundation services company. Since then, the company has continued to grow to better serve those in Georgia.
