Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. I’m more than pleased with what AquaGuard was able to do with my brick front steps. Joseph, Brondon, and Hector were very professional, extremely polite and informative about what they were going to be doing. This after picture doesn’t capture very well what the guys were able to do but it shows how large the steps are and gives an idea of the extreme weight of them. The steps had settled/tilted away from the porch several inches and the mortar stuck between the steps and the wall and was pulling the wall with it, causing cracks in the brick wall and top brick border on the porch edge to kick up. I was worried a very pricey full tear out and rebuild was necessary. The guys lifted the steps up and back towards the house and the porch wall went back straight and the cracks closed up. In addition, the pillars will keep the steps in place and avoid future settling. I highly recommend AquaGuard. Thanks guys!!!!

This will be the First of at least two or more reviews on AquaGuard. We started our journey with AquaGuard in August 2023. Regretfully, I encountered several Health Related Issues and my wife and I had to place on indefinite hold, how we were going to prepare the basement for the work project. We'll, my Health Issues have improved i called AquaGuard to see if we could get the project started again. Because my Rep had left the company I found out, I contacted our Scheduler, Conner and left a message. Conner forwarded my message to the East Point Branch of AquaGuard, and Corey contacted me in less than 24 hours. Corey treated me with the upmost respect and asked if he could se d Bryan out to our home, tonsee where we were regarding the Project. Well I thought Corey was a Find, we Bryan was excellent in all ways. Bryan listened to us, made some absolute wonderful suggestions to the Project, reworked it with a revised quote and we signed the revised quote immediately. We are so greatfful for AquaGuard and will be looking forward to a dry basement thanks, to Bryan, Corey and let's not forget Conner. Also to Dave Baker on Radio Station AM750.. Will be writing another followup Review after the Project is completed in February. Thanks

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. *AQUAGUARD'S WORK IS SOLID* The opportunity to improve is on the administrative side. First and foremost, the crews that did the actual work were awesome and FIVE STAR. I had one crew led by Marcus replace my gutters in mid October. Raymond & Brian lifted and stabilized my garage and driveway a week later. They were all professional and did pre/post walk throughs and checked in periodically to let me know what was going on. Their work was excellent. The leads on both crews answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't think to ask) and helped me work out some kinks in the whole process. Some examples of admin issues: – I repeatedly requested a copy of the signed contract (because it was all electronic) and didn't get one until Marcus, the lead on the gutter crew, was kind enough to send me a copy as soon as I asked him. – When the contract was set up, they had the wrong contact information on it. I had to send multiple texts to get at least the contact info correct in the system and I'm still not 100% sure it is correct. – The gutter crew didn't have access to give me credit for materials that didn't get used. The supervisor, Josh, was very helpful in getting that addressed and the paperwork pushed through when I spoke with him. – Something happened when the first crew completed their job that closed out the GreenSky account that was intended to pay for all the projects. Raymond helped me get that all sorted out so I could take full advantage of the 2-yr interest-free Greensky loan instead of having to use other means to pay. – There was a misunderstanding on what work was contracted for on the driveway. I thought that the code on the contract meant stabilize and lift but it didn't. The video I was shown had them also fixing the cracks after the lift which lead me to believe that was included as well. It was not explained that that the lift and crack fix would be separate charges. When Raymond showed up, we talked it through and he went the extra mile and did what he could to get the best result without costing me more money. I have a driveway that I'm happy with. I encourage others to use them. The biggest warning is to make sure you fully understand what each of the line items on the contract mean before you sign.

I recently had Ishmael from Aquaguard come out to inspect my concrete, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completed inspection, Ishmael was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the condition of my concrete, and clearly explained the potential issues and solutions. I especially appreciated his patience in answering all my questions – and I had a lot! He didn't try to oversell me on any services, but rather focused on educating me about the best options for my specific situation. While I haven't yet had the work done, based on Ishmael's expertise and the clear communication, I have complete confidence in Aquaguard and would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete repair or waterproofing services. Beginning in 1995, founder Tom DiGregorio built his waterproofing company on the principles of honesty and integrity. Realizing a need in the marketplace for foundation repair and concrete leveling in the Marietta and Greater Atlanta areas, the company expanded to offer those services becoming Georgia’s leading foundation company.
In 2011, AquaGuard grew again when Joe Rusk joined the team. Rusk had more than 30 years of experience in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry and brings a unique focus on customer satisfaction above all else.
In December 2020, AquaGuard joined Groundworks, the nation’s largest privately held foundation services company. Since then, the company has continued to grow to better serve those in Georgia.
