The real measure of a company is not how they behave when all is well, but how they treat their customers when everything goes pear-shaped; and that's exactly what happened in our case. Sometimes you get a bad crew, a small group of ne'er do wells who simply don't perform. It happens. It happened to us. However once upper management found out what was going on they didn't hesitate to swoop in and make everything right, and that at a substantial cost to themselves. Concrete work is bloody expensive no matter the size of the job and, although we're just one small residential account, we were taken seriously and all repairs were done professionally and at our convenience. I can't praise these people enough for how they chose to behave when the chips were down, and I highly recommend them both for their skill and their commitment.

We have photos of the work performed, and you can't even tell where our yard was dug up, AND..they cleaned up after themselves both days! Upon requesting information on a consultation Mr Clark Davis reached out to me via phone call setup an appt and was on time and very patient with due to me having to get off work but he greeted me with a hand shake while introducing himself. He thoroughly explain to me what his job title was as well as what he came to do. He did a thorough inspection under the house as well as took pictures to help me understand what he was looking for and what all needed to be like he really explained in detail what was expected to be done also showed me videos of what was goi no to be done. I was VERY confident and trusted that I was in good hands with him at that moment. Fast forward he then called me with the dates on when the crew would come and they too were also very thorough greeted me and they were all on point with EVERYTHING. I really do appreciate Kyle, Debo, and Quinton for doing a very good job and the best part that I really liked is that they cleaned up behind themselves and make sure I was satisfied with the results and I was!! I plan on continuing doing business with them in the near future. I can truly say I absolutely love the work that has been done so far. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!

Excellent Foundation Support to the 60-year old addition to a 74-year old home. The staff was efficient and completed an estimated three-day job in two days after a heavy rain! Large equipment was even maneuvered around retaining walls and awnings which were part of the existing home. Job was also completed around the existing gas outlets, water discharge for washer and large AC unit in the middle of the job site. John, Darien, and DKota did a great job!

John and CJ were the technicians that completed my project. I was told that I would receive a call to confirm the technicians that would be performing the work – I did a couple of days before. During the call we confirmed the work to be done and the time they would arrive. They were on time, all work to be done was reiterated and confirmed. There was no malingering by the technicians. All work required was completed as stated and a final walk-thru was done to confirm completion with me. My property was cleaned up afterwards. I recently had four support piers installed under a corner of my house. This is my second experience with the work of AFS, and I’m glad to say that both times the staff and work of AFS were top-notch. The initial meeting and assessment with Greg was thorough and clear about the need for work. Greg took time to explain the work to be done and the estimate. He was friendly, professional – an excellent representative for AFS. The crew of Uber, Fernando and Marco, who completed the foundation work were equally professional. Each was friendly, personable and conscientious about their work. They ensured that I was able to see the work at different stages, and the they explained it in detail and made sure my questions were answered. This trio worked steadily and without complaint in the sun on a 90+ degree day to complete the work. When complete, they he area was made neat and ready for grass seeding, which I appreciated a lot. Clearly, I can highly recommend AFS and their staff for crawlspace and foundation work. Both times I needed them, they came through with flying colors. Thank you AFS.

As a realtor, I hired this company to perform foundation work for a client of mine. The initial experience was positive, thanks to their sales representative, Kyle. He was exceptionally professional and conducted a much more thorough inspection of the property compared to another company I had considered, which ultimately led to hiring this team. Unfortunately, the crew that arrived to perform the work was not as professional. Since the work was done inside the home, the client was assured that their belongings would be covered and protected, but this promise was not upheld. The tenants occupying the property called me to express their frustrations. They reported that their belongings were left uncovered and were coated in dirt and dust. They had to stay in a hotel due to the disruption. To make matters worse, one of the workers was vaping inside the house, which was particularly upsetting to the tenants as they have a small child. Additionally, construction debris was left in the front yard, and no effort was made to clean it up. There were also several lapses in communication throughout the process. While this experience was extremely frustrating, I have to commend the production manager, Brett, for stepping in and saving the situation. Brett took full accountability for the issues and addressed every concern head-on. He apologized multiple times and went above and beyond to make things right. Brett covered the cost of the tenants’ hotel stay, ensured that damaged items in the house were repaired, paid for flooring replacement, and even wrote a check for over $1,600 to compensate the tenants for their damaged belongings. He also ensured the debris was removed and used the situation as a training opportunity for the company. Although this experience started poorly, Brett's integrity and willingness to take responsibility turned it around. Without Brett’s intervention, this review would have been very different. I hope the company learns from this and improves their on-site professionalism to match the excellence of their sales and management team.
