We cannot say enough good things about Cody Wellner from Groundworks. I have never received such kindness, good communication, and marvelous customer service from a construction company. Cody came out and explained everything to us and very patiently answered all our questions. A crew came out and did the work. They were very kind and considerate. They did a great job laying plastic and respecting the rest of the house. We did have a couple of issues with the work done. There was some damage to a window sill and they cut some carpet that they should have just rolled back. Luckily for us, it was Cody Wellner to the rescue again. He took the time and effort to come out and rebuild the landing to the stairs, fix the window sill, and relay the cut carpet to make the area useable until we get it fixed correctly. Groundworks is going to reimburse us for the carpet damage. This is an amazing company with a marvelous staff! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Groundworks came out to our rural location after we had been experiencing some issues with getting a radon system installed from a different company. Though GW does not install radon medication systems, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that their system is far superior and can drastically reduce radon at the root, not just move it around our house. Kyle and Danny went above and beyond with a full inspection and showed in understandable terms the data they collected about our property. I appreciate the 5 year system where we can track if there is any settlement with our foundation over the years, and there were three diff pricing options which I appreciated. Very clear concise and trustworthy. They were recommended to me thru family, and I also recommend them to others looking for permanent solutions for foundation problems.
