For us, it did not totally take away the vibration but that was not due to their work. Most likely needed more than one cross beam so the engineer who reviewed the plans sh hv given us a call. Earlier today, Mike Gold from Groundworks inspected our sump pump and seal lining that was installed last year. Despite a long drive to the mountains from Denver, Mike was right on time. In fact, Mike thoughtfully called beforehand to see if ok to come about an hour earlier, and texted me when he was 5 mins away. Mike’s demeanor was both professional and pleasant. Mike did a full inspection and test of the system, as well as re-attached part of our crawlspace seal lining to our wall, in 30 minutes. Mike showed me photos, and even looked for potential mouse droppings at my request. For our future inspections, I’m going to ask for Mike. Groundworks is fortunate to have him on their team. I cannot speak of them highly enough. they were diligent, knowledgable and always stopped to explain things to me if I had questions or concerns.
