Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

I had cracks in my foundation wall and a pool deck that was leaning badly. Alpha Foundations Groundworks came out and installed helical pilings under the foundation. The crew was extremely hard working. Josh and Antoine and Ricky came out and really made me felt at ease. Throughout the install the French guy Antoine was explaining to me everything that they were doing and showing me the process for lifting the home. They were so knowledgeable I felt like they all knew what they were doing. I spent $20,000 on this project and I felt at first uneasy but after they completed their work I understood I got good value for the money spent. On top of that I had my crawl space worked on and I had apparently the best foreman in the Orlando area… according to the French guy Malik S. And Cameron were top installers and they installed an encapsulation. On my home.. They created a new environment underneath my home and wow did that really make a difference!! Really really impressed with the workers. Truly an amazing experience… would give them more stars if possible!! Great Job!

We had the unfortunate situation of having foundation issues on our home. After researching the subject and meeting with a couple of foundation companies, we selected Alpha Foundations. We felt that Alpha Foundations was more inline with what needed to be done. We had the good fortune to have Steven and his field crew David and Isaiah sent to do the work. They were all very professional, but also very personable at the same time. They make a great team and worked very well together. They kept us informed of every step and were very thorough explaining what they were doing (they were very patient with my husband’s curiosity). Once everything was completed and cleaned up, you could not tell they were even there. They took pictures of various steps from start to finish and every support installed. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Alpha Foundations are the folks to call. The outstanding Alpha Foundations experience began with Ked’s arrival at our home. Ked listened to our concerns about the foundation and then conducted a very thorough inspection of not only the affected area but non-affected areas. Ked provided a complete and understandable explanation of the issues and a recommendation for stabilizing the foundation. His professionalism and clear communications really helped us decide to proceed. The excellent experience continued when Tyler, Gio, and Ryan arrived to install the push piers. Tyler provided a clear explanation of the process and gave me a timeline for its completion. These guys were very professional and took fantastic care of the landscaping while digging the holes and installing the push piers. Once when I was checking on their progress, Gio and Ryan showed me how the piers are pushed into the ground and the brackets support and fully stabilize the foundation. The next step of lifting the foundation went flawlessly. Tyler kept us fully informed of progress. They ended the stabilization process and did a phenomenal job resetting the landscaping and cleaning up the area. The final step of injecting a two-part urethane polymer into the area under the foundation for added stability and better weight distribution was done by Tory and Chris. These guys were at the top of their game and achieved phenomenal results. Their professionalism and skill were plainly evident from the moment they arrive. The cleanup after the job was so good you could not tell they were even there. Bottom line, from start to finish the Alpha Foundations team is head and shoulders above the competition. The professionalism of their staff is great and the quality of the work beyond compare. If you have an issue with your foundation or any of the areas they cover you will be glad you called them.

Just great. They were on time. Worked as a well experienced team and were very patient with me when I asked questions—of which I asked many. Was skeptical on cost until I saw them work and scope of the job. Would recommend anyone needing ground work to talk with Alpha. We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.
