The work was all completed today, in one day on the date that we were told. We had a great experience with the initial inspection and presentation by Jeremy, the Sales Rep. Good communication followed and the permitting process brought two men to mark the lawn so the workers would know where all the utility lines and cables were located underground. Jordan and Hector were very professional in their repair of the driveway making sure our garage door closed properly again. … and they were appropriately friendly in the process. Shortly after their departure, Filipe arrived. With a nice smile he explained his role as inspector and I forgave him for being a NY Giants fan 🙂. Steven, David, and Isaiah showed up to do the hard labor, putting in the piers. Again they were both professional and friendly, taking the customer and their work very seriously. They were careful with the grass and where to place excess dirt which had been dug up. They worked well as a team and enjoyed showing me what they were doing and why. All in all, I would say they all valued the company (Alpha Foundations) for whom they worked and took appropriate pride in all that they did. I felt good about the finished product both in the pier foundation supports and the driveway repair.

I had interviewed another company prior to talking to Kel at Alpha foundation and after speaking with Kel Decided to go with them because of how he spent the time showing me how he knew where the voids under my pool slab was and what it would take to get there he didn’t promise anything that he couldn’t fulfill, and in fact, told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly level, but what would do the best he could, and when Jordan and Hector came out, I spoke with Jordan and he was thorough and making sure if I had any questions or concerns that he gave me the opportunity to say something. They did a great job it was done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. I have had the best experience with the people who represent Alpha Foundation! From the day Efrain Borrero came out to find out what was going on with my home's foundation to Steven, Brandon, and Chris coming out and performing the work needed to fix the problem. All of these people I encountered were polite, walked me through everything from what was happening to what was needed to be done to how the job would be done! Steven showed me a diagram of what my home would look like when they finished the job and I notice one corner of the home would be left without piers. I asked questions, he answered my questions/concerns with much detail! I asked if I had to wait to add the additional piers and long story short he made it happen while they were already on site which spoke volume of how the company value their customers. To Efrain, Steven , Brandon and Chris, thanks for walking me, a female homeowner through this intimidating process feeling at ease!!

I had cracks in my foundation wall and a pool deck that was leaning badly. Alpha Foundations Groundworks came out and installed helical pilings under the foundation. The crew was extremely hard working. Josh and Antoine and Ricky came out and really made me felt at ease. Throughout the install the French guy Antoine was explaining to me everything that they were doing and showing me the process for lifting the home. They were so knowledgeable I felt like they all knew what they were doing. I spent $20,000 on this project and I felt at first uneasy but after they completed their work I understood I got good value for the money spent. On top of that I had my crawl space worked on and I had apparently the best foreman in the Orlando area… according to the French guy Malik S. And Cameron were top installers and they installed an encapsulation. On my home.. They created a new environment underneath my home and wow did that really make a difference!! Really really impressed with the workers. Truly an amazing experience… would give them more stars if possible!! Great Job!

He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. Dylan, Jake, Alberto, Charles and Blake did a fantastic job from the initial contact and estimation of the job to the installation of the towers and finally to the installation of the foam. I feel confident that we will no longer have any water intrusion through our foundation. Alpha Foundations is a Great foundation company. Everyone I talked to was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Nate came to our house, measured the house and drive and determined how much our house had settled and what supports were needed. We also had called 2 other companies , but Alpha was the company we chose because of Nate’s professionalism, knowledge and price. He also didn’t press us to do more work than was needed. The day of installation, Steven, David, and Isaiah did the foundation pier installation. They were all very professional, kind and efficient. Did a great job and cleaned up when finished. About the time they finished, a different crew came and lifted the drive with poly. This was Jordan and Hector, also very professional, kind and efficient. Did a great job and cleaned up when finished. Now the house is supported and the drive is all level with the drive cracks filled. Thank you Alpha Foundations for a great professional job. We are very pleased with all the work done and will highly recommend Alpha to our friends and anyone needing foundation work.

They were on time, very cordial and explained everything throughly, they worked in a timely manner, and cleaned everything, left it as if nothing had happened.
