I noticed cracking in my garage and googled foundation repair companies. Alpha Foundation came up first and they had such outstanding reviews, I decided to give them a try. Well I didnt have to look any further! Every step of the process was easy and stress free! My guys, Steven, David, Isaiah and Inspector David W came out and were so helpful, informative, professional, explaining to me every step and even encouraged my "looking over their shoulders"!!!! And the patience they had with all my questions was phenomenal! I highly recommend this company…dont look any further…..Kim woodie

Alpha installed piers at our residence to stabilize the foundation. During their visit, it was noticed that another corner of the home had cracks and also needed stabilization piers. They were able to take care of the additional work while on site so we did not have to go through the permitting process again. They also repaired our sprinkler, which was not their fault, just to provide good customer service. They cleaned up our property afterward and completed all work in a timely manner. Steven, Isaiah, David, and inspector Brandon C were very pleasant and professional.

We were recommended this company by our son who had work done by them. They came when they said they would. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. Our lanai slab had cracks and had settled in a couple if spots. Our screen door would not open without a struggle. We could not have any ciating done to make it attractive. Alpha Foundations came in and leveled the slab. The door works well now and we had the floor coated all within one week. I cannit remember the tecs names but they were tge nicest. Hardest working young men. Our salesman was also excellent. This company is top shelf and highly recommended. Don't hesitate to hire them for you foundation work.

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.

Vinny and his crew were professional, friendly and efficient. From meeting with Vinny and receiving a quote over half the cost of a competitor, to the crew on site performing the spray foam injection, everything went perfectly. The guys were quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Vinny and Alpha Foundations to anyone I come across needing their services.

Structural Repair Specialists in Gainesville
Homes like yours in northern Florida locations including Gainesville, Alachua, and Newberry are subject to damage mostly because of the area’s soil and climate conditions. While a variety of soils can be found throughout Florida, the concentration around Gainesville includes well-drained sand. If this sand gets too dry and shrinks, your foundation could settle and alert you to the problem with drywall cracks, nail pops, and uneven floors. The area is usually wet and humid year-round, however, which could lead to leaks and flooding if your home lacks proper water management.
Gainesville’s humidity also poses other problems. Excessive humidity, coupled with the copious amounts of rain, spell trouble for your crawl space if it is vented or open. These issues will infiltrate the area under your home where they will fester and lead to mold growth and wood rot. Both have structural and health implications, so it’s important to have a professional address them as soon as you notice any problems.
You don’t have to live with the problems caused by Gainesville’s climate and soil. You can trust the expert team at Alpha Foundations to properly diagnose what’s going on in your home and install the best foundation, crawl space, concrete, and drainage solutions. Not only will these products repair your home, but they will also permanently protect it and enhance its value.
