Really enjoyed our experience with Alpha Foundation. The foundation inspector John took his time, explained everything, went above and beyond helping us deal with our mortgage company, called and texted whenever we had a question or gave us an update on our process. The team that came out to do the job was awesome! The Forman Josh was super nice, personable, knowledgeable. Updated us through the process, willing to answer any questions. The team worked quickly, and made no messes. Can hardly tell they were here. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I want to share my positive experience regarding the recent repairs to my home’s foundation. After discovering that my foundation was cracking due to the builder's use of organic fill, I chose Alpha Foundations to address the soil collapse. I want to personally commend David W., the Certified Field Inspector. He was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining the technical measurements and the causes of the various cracks in my home. He answered all of my initial questions and remained available via text and phone for any follow-up concerns I had. I also want to recognize the installation team—Steven, David P., and Aaron—who completed the job today. Steven was professional and kept me well-informed regarding their arrival time. He clearly explained the procedure as he walked the property with me. David P. and Aaron were polite and respectful of both the property and the environment while digging the holes. They answered my many questions throughout the process and ensured that all holes were filled, concrete was poured where necessary, and all materials were cleared away. All four individuals I interacted with—David W., Steven, David P., and Aaron—represented Alpha Foundations with a high level of professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service.

Florida insurance decided we needed a driveway leveling to retain coverage. David from Alpha was quick to come out, do an assessment, and provide adequate documentation for my insurance company. Jordan and George did the leveling today. The process was quick and the warranty can't be beat. They even cleaned up so you can't tell anything was done. Thank you for answering all of my questions during the process and helping me keep my coverage!

Dillon, Chris and Caleem could not have been more professional. They communicated with me before their arrival and throughout the work day. The arrived on time and were all dressed professionally in matching work shirts. They showed great care in doing minimal damage to my plantings and grass. Once they cleaned up, it was difficult to tell that they had been here. I recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone who even thinks they need foundation work. If you don't need it, they will tell you and you will have peace of mind.

What a terrific experience, Josh Berner let the foundation crew and those three guys worked so hard. We’re very professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. These guys continue to hit it out of the park Steven, David and Isaiah. We’re here to finish the project. We recently had foundation stabilization work completed on our building, along with foam lifting on a section of the sidewalk, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. While the long-term results will naturally be seen over time, the quality of the work performed was evident, and the team was professional from start to finish. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job and were always responsible, courteous, and respectful while working on site. The poly foam work completed by Jordan and Hector was handled efficiently and professionally, and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. A special thanks as well to Sheldon, the inspector, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the project. What stood out the most was the communication. Everyone involved kept us informed, responded promptly to questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this team to anyone needing foundation or concrete lifting work.

Alpha Foundations is a Great foundation company. Everyone I talked to was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Nate came to our house, measured the house and drive and determined how much our house had settled and what supports were needed. We also had called 2 other companies , but Alpha was the company we chose because of Nate’s professionalism, knowledge and price. He also didn’t press us to do more work than was needed. The day of installation, Steven, David, and Isaiah did the foundation pier installation. They were all very professional, kind and efficient. Did a great job and cleaned up when finished. About the time they finished, a different crew came and lifted the drive with poly. This was Jordan and Hector, also very professional, kind and efficient. Did a great job and cleaned up when finished. Now the house is supported and the drive is all level with the drive cracks filled. Thank you Alpha Foundations for a great professional job. We are very pleased with all the work done and will highly recommend Alpha to our friends and anyone needing foundation work.

I reached out to Alpha Foundations for a crawlspace encapsulation. The inspection process was far more detailed than I could've ever imagined. I learned a great deal about the process and my home. I opted to Move forward with the installation. They were able to schedule me quickly, and the team that completed the project was very efficient on time and polite. There were several challenges that occurred, but the team continued until the job was I'd like to think Malik, Antoine, Andrew and Ezekiel for forgetting this job done..
