Alpha installed piers at our residence to stabilize the foundation. During their visit, it was noticed that another corner of the home had cracks and also needed stabilization piers. They were able to take care of the additional work while on site so we did not have to go through the permitting process again. They also repaired our sprinkler, which was not their fault, just to provide good customer service. They cleaned up our property afterward and completed all work in a timely manner. Steven, Isaiah, David, and inspector Brandon C were very pleasant and professional.

Alpha Foundations did a great job earlier this week on providing outdoor foundation support with piers and indoor support with injected poly under the slab. We found all of the workers very professional and speedy while still being willing to stop and answer any questions. Dylan, Chris and Caleem handled the outside. These guys jumped into the job. Caleem dug out the initial holes and he was an incredibly hard worker throughout the day (with the most manual job). Chris placed the piers and Dylan ran the crew and the equipment. Dylan also answered all my wife’s questions with patience and politeness. Jonathan and Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and started on the inside. They didn’t break a single tile by drilling through the grout. The carpet had to be cut, but that was expected. They made as little mess as possible and cleaned up like their mother was watching. We were warned that it would be dusty so we covered lots of furniture, but the mess was localized and cleaned up by Jonathan and Adam. I’ve already recommended Alpha Foundations to a friend and will again when given the opportunity.

Alpha Foundations is by far the most superior specialty contractor we’ve ever experienced. We had Malik Antoine & Andrew come to our home and install a new environment underneath our home. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results. It was great to work with Alpha Foundations everyone was great and the work they did was outstanding. They listened then they thoroughly searched out all of my foundation concerns. They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. This team was very professional and they worked tirelessly until the job was done.

John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!
