I had cracks in my foundation wall and a pool deck that was leaning badly. Alpha Foundations Groundworks came out and installed helical pilings under the foundation. The crew was extremely hard working. Josh and Antoine and Ricky came out and really made me felt at ease. Throughout the install the French guy Antoine was explaining to me everything that they were doing and showing me the process for lifting the home. They were so knowledgeable I felt like they all knew what they were doing. I spent $20,000 on this project and I felt at first uneasy but after they completed their work I understood I got good value for the money spent. On top of that I had my crawl space worked on and I had apparently the best foreman in the Orlando area… according to the French guy Malik S. And Cameron were top installers and they installed an encapsulation. On my home.. They created a new environment underneath my home and wow did that really make a difference!! Really really impressed with the workers. Truly an amazing experience… would give them more stars if possible!! Great Job!

I had Alpha foundation come out and look at my house. Chris was the inspector and looked at the problems I was having. Chris patiently explained to me about foundations and Florida. No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. I would highly recommend this team/ company.

My first interaction was with Sheldon. He came out. He took measurements and took his time explaining the whole entire process to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and exactly what I needed to have done. The day of the insulation Steven and his crew came out to do my foundation repairs. They were absolutely amazing, very professional, on time! When the job was done, Steven came and asked me if I had any questions Or concerns. He walked me through what they had done. Again I was treated with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend anybody who is needing foundation repair to request Sheldon as your sales salesman and Steven and his crew To perform the work you were needing to have done. I I am not a person to give praise, but they did go above and beyond And deserve all this recognition!

I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

Structural Repair Expertise in Daytona Beach
Homes just like yours in Daytona Beach and surrounding areas like Deltona, DeLand, New Smyrna Beach, and Ormond Beach can sustain damage for a variety of reasons. However, it typically boils down to the soil underneath and around your home, as well as the climate. Unfavorable conditions in either of these areas is troublesome, but working together, they create a perfect storm for damage.
The sandy soils around Daytona Beach range from moderately well-drained to poorly drained. The real problem lies within poorly drained soils. It doesn’t help that Daytona Beach tends to be rainy and humid year-round, so all the water has nowhere to go but to pool around your property and leak into your home.
The area’s constant humidity also can wreak havoc on your home. If you have an open or vented crawl space, any humid air and water that gets into this space under your home can lead to problems such as mold growth, wood rot, and failure of your structural supports.
We can’t control the weather and it’s not realistic to replace all the soil on your property, but we can control the level of your home’s protection against these destructive forces. Our expert team at Alpha Foundations can install permanent crawl space, foundation, drainage, and concrete repair solutions that are best suited to your home and its unique repair needs.
