The work was all completed today, in one day on the date that we were told. We had a great experience with the initial inspection and presentation by Jeremy, the Sales Rep. Good communication followed and the permitting process brought two men to mark the lawn so the workers would know where all the utility lines and cables were located underground. Jordan and Hector were very professional in their repair of the driveway making sure our garage door closed properly again. … and they were appropriately friendly in the process. Shortly after their departure, Filipe arrived. With a nice smile he explained his role as inspector and I forgave him for being a NY Giants fan 🙂. Steven, David, and Isaiah showed up to do the hard labor, putting in the piers. Again they were both professional and friendly, taking the customer and their work very seriously. They were careful with the grass and where to place excess dirt which had been dug up. They worked well as a team and enjoyed showing me what they were doing and why. All in all, I would say they all valued the company (Alpha Foundations) for whom they worked and took appropriate pride in all that they did. I felt good about the finished product both in the pier foundation supports and the driveway repair.

What a terrific experience, Josh Berner let the foundation crew and those three guys worked so hard. We’re very professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. And lastly, the team that came and did the poly were in and out of here you couldn’t even tell it they left the space so neat and clean they got to it explained what they were going to do and did it thank you everyone you were great to work with

We were recommended this company by our son who had work done by them. They came when they said they would. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. Our lanai slab had cracks and had settled in a couple if spots. Our screen door would not open without a struggle. We could not have any ciating done to make it attractive. Alpha Foundations came in and leveled the slab. The door works well now and we had the floor coated all within one week. I cannit remember the tecs names but they were tge nicest. Hardest working young men. Our salesman was also excellent. This company is top shelf and highly recommended. Don't hesitate to hire them for you foundation work.

On the day of the job Dillon and Chris showed up and explained every step of the work which I thought was outstanding. These guys did a walk through first showed us every step of the scope of work. We recently had foundation stabilization work completed on our building, along with foam lifting on a section of the sidewalk, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. While the long-term results will naturally be seen over time, the quality of the work performed was evident, and the team was professional from start to finish. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job and were always responsible, courteous, and respectful while working on site. The poly foam work completed by Jordan and Hector was handled efficiently and professionally, and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. A special thanks as well to Sheldon, the inspector, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the project. What stood out the most was the communication. My first interaction was with Sheldon. He came out. He took measurements and took his time explaining the whole entire process to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and exactly what I needed to have done. The day of the insulation Steven and his crew came out to do my foundation repairs. They were absolutely amazing, very professional, on time! When the job was done, Steven came and asked me if I had any questions Or concerns. He walked me through what they had done. Again I was treated with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend anybody who is needing foundation repair to request Sheldon as your sales salesman and Steven and his crew To perform the work you were needing to have done.
