Today Jordan Holland and coworker George performed concrete lifting and grinding down of concrete left behind by prior contractor. We recently had foundation stabilization work completed on our building, along with foam lifting on a section of the sidewalk, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. While the long-term results will naturally be seen over time, the quality of the work performed was evident, and the team was professional from start to finish. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job and were always responsible, courteous, and respectful while working on site. The poly foam work completed by Jordan and Hector was handled efficiently and professionally, and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. A special thanks as well to Sheldon, the inspector, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the project. What stood out the most was the communication. Everyone involved kept us informed, responded promptly to questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

It was great to work with Alpha Foundations everyone was great and the work they did was outstanding. They listened then they thoroughly searched out all of my foundation concerns. They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. I was very impressed with how the work sight was restored back to normal. They also invited me to come out and see the pillar before they covered them up and explained what they were doing. Dillon, Chris and Caleem could not have been more professional. They communicated with me before their arrival and throughout the work day. The arrived on time and were all dressed professionally in matching work shirts. They showed great care in doing minimal damage to my plantings and grass. Once they cleaned up, it was difficult to tell that they had been here. I recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone who even thinks they need foundation work.
