Before they fixed it it would fill with multiple feet of water during most rains. Sofia Gick, Stacey Scott, and Daniel Johnson were so amazing. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Reed reviewed the planned work, identified cost, and how long the job would take before starting the work. Once into the job, Reed identified some changes that were needed to the planned work and discussed the options answering all of my questions. The change was scheduled and completed the next day. Once the work was done, Reed walked me through a summary of what had been done. Great work crew with an amazing work ethic. Very pleased with the work and communications.
