My experience with JES was overall positive. I had work on foundation, crawlspace and carport floor. The front office did not give me enough information about when each crew was coming and how long their job would take. Also the group that marked my yard for gas, water and electric lines did not mark the sewer line and did not ask me about it. The first crew was led by Keon Smith – they did foundation work and did a good, efficient job. They worked hard the whole time. The second crew was led by Jacob Jackson and they put crawl space supports and floor cover in. They had to come through a bedroom in the basement. They did also did a great job. They left no mess. The third crew was led by Michael Franklin and they worked to flatten my carport floor. Again, they were efficient and did the best they could.

They were professional, hardworking, punctual, and respectful of my property from start to finish. They worked efficiently, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was completely cleaned up before they left. Fantastic company to work with from start to finish! Starting with Mark walking us through what the needs were to solve our foundation leaking and cracking…he was very professional, knowledgeable and talked with us in terms we could understand. The work crew of Daniel Johnson, Sofia Gick and Stacey Scott were very kind in explaining exactly what they were going to do and even helped correct some of the areas we failed to prepare in advance for the installation. Sofia maintained constant communication with me as I couldn't be at the job site due to work. She even made accommodations for meeting with my disabled mom when a form needed a signature…Thanks Sofia. The whole crew took the time to explain what they had done as modifications had to be made to the plan once they were on site. Just a great experience! We had talked with a local excavation contractor about the job. I'm so very glad we went with JES! The price may be more but the professionalism and kindness of Mark, Daniel, Sofia and Stacey was definitely worth it. We are having JES Foundations do another job at my grandfather's house. They're that good!
