We bought a nice home in the town of Wytheville VA. It is an older Historical House. It has a dirt basement and crawl space. After a few months living here myself and my wife found ourselves coughing ever now and again. We wondered if it was coming from the basement. We never owned a home with dirt. So we called JES to come out and perform a test and oh my goodness we had hidden mold. They set down with us and explained how it could be eliminated. Gave us a price to wrap the whole basement and beams put a Humidifier in and sump pump in case we took on water. They were in and out in a day and a half and we have not coughed again. And I'm not ashamed of our dirt basement now because you can't see any dirt . We highly recommend these folks and I mean the field guys office personnel all Reps. And every now and again they either call us or come bye to see if everything is going good. Unbelievable Thanks Again JES

I had some work done to resolve water collecting under an addition of our home late last year. Crew did a great job, were professional, and was happy with the end product. Recently had some rain and some concerns came up. Stopped by local shop and JR and his crew were unloading from another job. Talked with him about concerns and he followed me out to my house immediately. Checked everything to make sure it was working properly and did some additional work to resolve some other issues not covered under warranty/service plan. JR and his crew also hung around to discuss some other concerns not related to their work. Extremely helpful, professional, and would definitely recommend them.

Thank you JES for a job well done. The crew, led by Foreman Charles Byers, were very professional, conscientious, courteous, hard working young men. Charles explained everything they needed to accomplish as they went along. This was not an easy job, running into several unexpected problems due to inadequate, unstable, unusual footing work done by the builder of 20 years ago. Our pier issues were solved due to the diligent hands on hard work performed by this crew, along with the JES engineers and supervisors that were consulted. They were calm and considered this job just another problem to be solved. This two day job became a labor intensive five day job. We are so very pleased with the final outcome, knowing our house is now safe due to this wonderful crew. Thank you Charles Byers, Chris Weddel, Garrett Williams and Reed Norvel.

I was having moisture issues in my basement. I scheduled appointment. Jes showed up on time and carefully inspected the damage. I had stage 2 wall failure. I scheduled appointment to get it repaired. They called and moved appointment up. Then 1 day before canceled it. The work was done when originally scheduled, so I have no problem with that. When Reed Norvell showed up, he and his crew did a great job. It was evident from the beginning that he had been well trained. Reed took charge and instructed his crew with ease and precision. He did his best to protect my stuff from being covered with concrete dust. He was very kind,. He knew I was sick and offerd to pick us up lunch. When the job was done, they cleaned up. I appreciate the effort because I realize foundation repair is a noisy, messy job. I am not normally comfortable with workers in my house. Reed made me feel at ease . I even fell asleep amidst all the noise. It has only been a few days since job completion, but I'm confident that I will have no more moisture issues. It is a lot of work and frustration on my part, but the end product is worth it.
