When he left, for the first time in years, my mind was at ease. I cannot over state that this is the company you want to use if you have water issues in your basement. We bought a nice home in the town of Wytheville VA. It is an older Historical House. It has a dirt basement and crawl space. After a few months living here myself and my wife found ourselves coughing ever now and again. We wondered if it was coming from the basement. We never owned a home with dirt. So we called JES to come out and perform a test and oh my goodness we had hidden mold. They set down with us and explained how it could be eliminated. Gave us a price to wrap the whole basement and beams put a Humidifier in and sump pump in case we took on water. They were in and out in a day and a half and we have not coughed again. And I'm not ashamed of our dirt basement now because you can't see any dirt . We highly recommend these folks and I mean the field guys office personnel all Reps. And every now and again they either call us or come bye to see if everything is going good. Unbelievable Thanks Again JES
