I noticed some cracks in my foundation and some starting to go up to the roof. JES had weatherized my years before so I asked them about it and they showed me where my house was sinking, causing the foundation and walls to crack. I had them come and do the foundation work and it was amazing. They jacked up the house in some areas and I couldn’t see the cracks anymore. They stabilized everything and now I feel so much better. It was scary to see that happening. These guys worked so hard and were excited to show me the cracks were closed. They took great pride in their work and did an excellent job. Great work ethic and were here when they were supposed to be. Can’t say enough good things about this whole experience.

When we thought we had a problem after the job was finished they came back no charge and added extra protection even after verifying issues weren’t connected. Grace made scheduling, and payment very easy! High recommend!

I really appreciate the thorough inspection Adam Wright in service gave me. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and was friendly with a smile. He introduced himself as my JES Guy and handed me a business card. He was polite and courteous. He noticed a major leak under my house and helped me find a plumber to fix it. Called 4 plumbers to find one. He showed me videos that help me understand my crawlspace and the existing problems to it and proceded to help me resolve them. Couldn't be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive it's really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they're putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really couldn't ask for more.

Paid them almost $30k to fix the rotting foundation in my home. To be fair, it is an old farm house and needed quite an extensive repair. They came, installed everything, and said it was good. The work failed the safety inspection, made it impossible to close my basement door, they removed furnace ducting and threw it away instead of reinstalling it, which means I can no longer manage the temp in my house or basement, I can’t use the basement for storage since it’s unsecured, the floor isn’t level, etc. However, after some undisclosed delays, they sent a crew out and they were professional, and fixed all of the issues, including cleanly/professionally replacing my furnace ducting. We are waiting on some final engineering and final inspection, but the work does look worth $30k now and we are happy. Thank you JES for making this right. It is appreciated and we are happy. Construction is a tough industry, and mistakes happen sometimes. Especially with old structures.
