Upon discovering that when our now four-year-old home was built, the support beams in our crawlspace had not been properly installed, nor had adequate ventilation been provided resulting in the stability of our home being in jeopardy. We began a search for a reputable company to address our issues. We found JES. We were fortunate to have Charles Logan as the representative to assess our needs. Charles was very thorough in determining what needed to be done. Zachary Conner and Michael Kimberlin were assigned to perform the work. They were very conscientious in taking the steps that were needed and keeping us well informed along the way. Charles, Zachary, and Michael were very professional, very pleasant, and respectful of our property. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and in making our home feel safe.

My experience with JES was overall positive. I had work on foundation, crawlspace and carport floor. The front office did not give me enough information about when each crew was coming and how long their job would take. Also the group that marked my yard for gas, water and electric lines did not mark the sewer line and did not ask me about it. The first crew was led by Keon Smith – they did foundation work and did a good, efficient job. They worked hard the whole time. The second crew was led by Jacob Jackson and they put crawl space supports and floor cover in. They had to come through a bedroom in the basement. They did also did a great job. They left no mess. The third crew was led by Michael Franklin and they worked to flatten my carport floor. Again, they were efficient and did the best they could.

I was having moisture issues in my basement. I scheduled appointment. Jes showed up on time and carefully inspected the damage. I had stage 2 wall failure. I scheduled appointment to get it repaired. They called and moved appointment up. Then 1 day before canceled it. The work was done when originally scheduled, so I have no problem with that. When Reed Norvell showed up, he and his crew did a great job. It was evident from the beginning that he had been well trained. Reed took charge and instructed his crew with ease and precision. He did his best to protect my stuff from being covered with concrete dust. He was very kind,. He knew I was sick and offerd to pick us up lunch. When the job was done, they cleaned up. I appreciate the effort because I realize foundation repair is a noisy, messy job. I am not normally comfortable with workers in my house. Reed made me feel at ease . I even fell asleep amidst all the noise. It has only been a few days since job completion, but I'm confident that I will have no more moisture issues. It is a lot of work and frustration on my part, but the end product is worth it.

These guys are such a blessing. We've had a flood warning and tons of rain the past few days and our basement is bone dry. Before they fixed it it would fill with multiple feet of water during most rains. Sofia Gick, Stacey Scott, and Daniel Johnson were so amazing. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I fully understood our new system and they walked me thru multiple times during the job to explain what they would be doing. I would totally refer them to anyone needing a job done.

Couldn't be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive it's really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they're putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really couldn't ask for more.
