I had a wonderful experience with JES Foundation Repair due to the exceptional Certified Foundations & Waterproofing Inspector, Jason DeBosky whom came to my home for a free estimate. The actual estimate was the icing on the cake! Mr. Jason arrived promptly, professional, and greeted me warmly. He entered my home to listen to my concerns and experience the unlevel floors. His assessment would require him to examine my crawl space and he quickly changed into appropriate attire. Upon his completion, he removed his coveralls and returned inside to patiently educated me. Instead of jumping to a sales pitch, Jason took the time to explain the purpose of my crawlspace, how it should benefit my home, and where/how the discomforts I am noticing relate to areas of concern in my crawlspace. He then continued to explain how JES Foundation Repair could permanently solve the concerns and drastically improve my family's living experience in our home. He NEVER pushed any products or services which was a wonderful experience that most female homeowners don't receive! He provided me with education and options which would allow me to make informed decisions. Jason thoroughly explained each solution and component within the solution. I felt comfortable the entire time and never felt like he was attempting to oversell me anything or distract me from my goals. As we moved through the presentation, Jason showed me pictures, measurements and moisture reading of my crawlspace. Then he used his lasers and equipment inside my home to show where and how his proposed design would impact our home. Again, I say this was a wonderful experience to receive the benefit of a well-experienced and informed inspection estimate report. The report would have cost me and enormous amount of money to discover where and what needs my crawlspace would require to keep a safe, comfortable home. But the knowledge and compassion from Jason to complement my estimate was priceless. Thank you, Jason.
