I was very happy with the work done by Santos and the decision by Keon to fix the dip in my basement when it was found that after stabilizing the joists, more needed to be done due to water damage of the joists. They added more structural support to the joists and fixed the problem at no additional costs. This experience with JES Foundation is very positive and they are very reputable.

We needed more posts an the center beam of our house jacked up due to sagging. The three workers who came out, Mike Baines, Bryan Covell, and Brandon Pritt were all great. Very respectful of our property, really tried to keep everything neat and tidy. Answered all our questions along the way. Good job cleaning up. I love that they brought their own buckets (step up from other companies.) Again, all three installers of our new support posts were great and very polite. They did a great job from what we can tell.
