JES installed my sump pump in October 2023. Today (9/25/24) was my annual maintenance appointment to be sure that everything was working well with it. My technician, Ben, contacted me on 9/24/24 to check in with me on any possible issues that he needed to be made aware of prior to my appointment as well as to confirm my appointment. Very professional and polite. Fast forward to the appointment, Ben arrived on time, once again was very professional. I showed him where it was installed so he could get to work. Unbeknownst to both Ben and I, well there was no power going to the sump pump. That was as easy as flipping a switch on the breaker box. Then, Ben noticed a leak in the piping that was installed when the sump pump was installed. Ben ended up having to cut my drywall in which JES will incur the cost to repair it back. But this was nothing he couldn’t handle although he did have to make an unexpected run to Home Depot/Lowes to get the tool needed to cut the pipe. Ben returned in a decent amount of time and got right to work. Ben repaired the pipe, cleaned the sump pump bucket, and ensured everything was working correctly. Towards the end of the appointment, Ben made a few recommendations and ending up finding out that the piping that is coming out of the from of my house that pushes the water out was installed incorrectly and was not was I paid for. Therefore, Ben made a call to his supervisor, Megan Hartman, to put her on notice about this issue as well. Ben assured me that someone from the service department would reach out to me to schedule repairs for the piping outside as well as the wall repair. Overall, I would give Ben a 10/10 and would highly recommend him as your service tech. He made sure to answer any questions I had to the best of his ability, remain professional, kept me informed throughout the whole appt, valued me as a paying customer, and advised me that if I had any further questions after this appt that I shouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him. Ben was AWESOME‼️ Note: Pics are from the installation back in October 2023.

What a team of hard workers! Bruce C. sat with us for a couple hours to work up a plan and explain the process, Antoine G. and his team Gearld P., Troy G., and Kevin P. were amazing with the installation inside and out! Knocked it out in 2 days and kept the entire work area nice and clean! They walked through the completed work and were very efficient and professional. The JES team of Antione G, Troy G, and Gerald P. did an outstanding job of making sure my nearly 100 year old basement will never flood again. They were diligent. And LOUDâ ¦ not their fault because jackhammers are loud. They answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area. Very appreciate of the work done to solve water issues in my basement. Antoine Gant, Gerald Peoples, and Troy Griffin did a phenomenal job installing a drainage system and pump. Along with the installation work, they also helped clear all the sandbags away from the work area. I’m thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond the scope of the job. It was a huge help. They were tidy, patient, and open to answering any questions I had. After they were done they gave me very specific instructions on how to manage the work area. No complaints at all about the work these gentleman did in my home! Blessings.

Never good when your basement leaks, but JES was top notch from the time Marcelo stepped through our door with the free estimate until Gerald P, Troy G, and Kevin P finished the job and cleaned everything up. I was very happy with the work done by Santos and the decision by Keon to fix the dip in my basement when it was found that after stabilizing the joists, more needed to be done due to water damage of the joists. They added more structural support to the joists and fixed the problem at no additional costs. This experience with JES Foundation is very positive and they are very reputable.

JES sent Marcelo Flores to do the initial inspection and he helped me understand everything I needed to do to make the solution successful. Marcelo even responded to text messages when I had questions later. The installation was done only a few weeks later by Quintin Holthaus, Damien Files, Dante McKenzie, and Eric Townes. These gentlemen discovered that my footer was an unexpected size and they went above and beyond to adapt to this. They were also very positive and polite at all times. They worked well together as a team. I am very impressed with JES and highly recommend them to anyone!

I want to thank JES Foundation Repair for the great job that they did in leveling the steps and walkway at my home. Damien Files and Kavon Cunningham were my onsite technicians. They were friendly, professional and answered all my questions. They made sure that the front steps were properly leveled, that all voids under the pavement were filled and inserted backer rods and caulk between the stoop and the first step. They also left the job site neat and clean. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Your company is very fortunate to have technicians this good on your team. Thank you!

Couldnt be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive its really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they are putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really could not ask for more.
