Before contacting Don, I had another company come out to give me a quote, but they spent very little time onsite and barely pointed out any issues. Don, on the other hand, was incredibly thorough. Please see the earlier review (3/12) for context. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mt. Valley Foundation Services regarding our sump pump installation. Overall, the team did an excellent job with both the initial installation and the subsequent repair of the discharge lines, which had come apart over time. They were professional, transparent, and truly seemed to care about the project. The only challenge I encountered was not with Mt. Valley Foundation Services itself, but rather with its parent company, Ground Works. From my experience, Ground Works has acquired many smaller foundation companies across the U.S., and it seems they may be struggling with logistical coordination. The call center they use is not very user-friendly, and I experienced multiple miscommunications and scheduling errors. Unfortunately, this puts Mt. Valley Foundation Services at the mercy of Ground Works' logistical issues. That said, I highly recommend working with Mt. Valley Foundation Services. My advice is to obtain the names and direct contact information of the service team when booking—this makes future communication significantly easier. Once I was able to reach the team directly, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Living in a flood-prone area, I feel confident that the sump pump project they completed will be a tremendous benefit to our home and property. A big thanks to Danny (the manager) and his team for their outstanding work!

We are happy to leave an outstanding review for Kevin A and Harley for the work they did for us to stabilize our concrete slab. They went above and beyond to complete the work on a Sunday with very short notice. They were very willing to explain all of the procedures and answer any questions we had. They were polite and conscientious. They left everything clean and took careful attention to look out for walls and baseboards. The work was performed on my pool deck today by Austin and Michael and I am very happy with the work. As promised they called when they were in their way and arrived on time. Before the work was started we talked about my expectations and we were in agreement about the work to be performed. They explained the process and told me what to expect. I watched as they began the process and asked a few questions which they took the time to answer. When the job was completed I inspected the work and asked if they could fix something to my satisfaction. They happily agreed and added the few minor touchups. When they were finished I again inspected the work and was very happy with the final product. Austin and Michael explained the warranty and told me about the annual inspection. I was very pleased with the work that Austin and Michael performed along with the patience with all my questions and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Austin and Michael.

I learned that 3 rooms were lower than the rest of the house and that Mount Valley had the fix! Austin and Michael promptly arrived and injected the polymer through the flooring into the ground. I found the pair to be quite knowledgeable and personable. They answered every question I had leaving me feeling very informed for the next house I buy.
