My old house needs some love and I had concerns about my flooring. But after working with Elliot, my worries were put to rest. He arrived promptly and listened carefully. He was a great sport about shimmying into the crawl space where he immediately encountered a dead rat, which didn't faze him a bit. Thankfully it's only a subfloor issue. Elliot explained a couple of ways to go about fixing it. I will definitely be using Mount Valley Foundation to replace the subfloor when the time comes to move on this project. We had a great experience with Mt. Valley! They did what they said they would do. Andy and his team (Ryan, Darrian, Tanjier) arrived right on time both days, worked hard, cleaned up the site and we hardly new they were there except for a little banging around under the house. We could already tell a big difference by the end of day 1, and they completed in only 2 days. Andy walked with us through the house as final leveling adjustments were made and addressed our concern locations. Very satisfied customers!
