We hired Mount Valley Foundation Services to stabilize and level the floor in our 42 year home and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They added intellijacks and a support beam in the crawlspace below our sagging floor and leveled it. The work team, led by Ron, was friendly and professional and made sure we were completely happy with our floor before they were done. The field supervisor, Phillip, then came in and confirmed the work was completed according to the engineering specification and approved. We highly recommend Mount Valley.

I had foundation repair work done at my Aunt Mary’s house which included replacing a load bearing structural beam 18’ long and installing 8 jacks and 4 metal beams. The crew was fantastic, they kept me updated throughout the process, they were under the house for 3 days. They worked diligently with very few breaks to finish the project. We had an excellent experience with Mount Valley Foundation. Will was informative and supportive from the first evaluation to the project’s conclusion, going above and beyond to alleviate concerns. Ron (the foreman), Jacob and Von were professional, respectful, and very patient throughout the entire project to encapsulate the foundation and address some issues. Ron took the time to explain each step and made sure all of our questions were answered. The worksite was kept clean and organized, and we received regular updates along the way. 5 star review but the Only issue is that 2 of the guys that were here working was using real bad language thankfully my children weren't around but they were yelling and using it across my yard at each other so my neighbors with small kids most likely heard them . They also left nail gun nails all in my driveway which could of been bad if myself or someone else ran them over. They left some trash throughout my carport.

I am very pleased with the work recently performed by Yiannis and Landon. After damage from Hurricane Helene, my home needed helical piers installed to provide additional foundation support. They also performed a SettleStop PolyRenewal project to take care of settling issues with my front steps and walkway.
