I wanted to advise how professional he was in his job, and sitting down with us to go over the solutions to our foundation issues. He wasn't pushy to us about making a decision right then. Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.

Mark Duncan came by to inspect my footer drain and sump pump that was installed 2 years earlier. After identifying issues that was preventing proper drainage he came back out after hours and fixed my problem. We discovered a crack in the foundation that ran along the interior of the outer walls of the house. I called Mount Valley and Dustin came to inspect. One corner of the foundation had dropped half an inch. I decided to contract their services. Yiannis and Landon arrived a few days later. They walked me through the repair process before proceeding and did a fantastic job. Before they left we walked through the work area and presented the results. I am impressed with quality of the work done. I will be recommending Mount Valley to everyone I know.

He is one of the best contractors we've worked with in terms of communication and taking the time to do the job right. Every company needs a Donavan.
