Ohio Basement Systems Certified Field Inspector Jacob Letner was very informative about the company and the work to be done having our garage leveled. Jacob Letner's was on time and very precise and honest! He showed us work that we thought had to be done and through the proof of the instruments he used was proof that we did not need basement work. Thank you Jacob Letner!

I hired Ohio Basement Authority to encapsulate my crawlspace in late July, and bury two of my downspouts on my house. They did everything exactly how my salesperson, Matt, indicated, including coming on the day work was scheduled to be completed and notifying me when they were on their way. Their finished work exceeded my expectations, and all musty odors have disappeared. We even had a heavy rain storm about one week after the work was complete, and my crawlspace stayed completely dry. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone looking to have their crawlspace professionally encapsulated.

Very friendly when I called in. Scheduled fee estimate although I wasn’t sure they did what I needed. Even Eakle showed up at scheduled time. Immediately realized I didn’t currently need their services. I showed him what my problem was, and he actually with the use of one little tool fixed my problem perfectly on all five window wells. He was such a friendly guy great customer service. I would highly highly recommend using them if you would ever need waterproofing cement, leveling, or any other other other services I would definitely give them a call. I believe he is out of the Kent office. I’m not sure he did have a 216 area code exchange, he did a fabulous job if I ever need any waterproofing or here of anybody that needs it I would definitely tell him to call these people

Richard, Donte, Javaun did a great job. Richard, the Forman, made sure to see if I had any questions about the product and job from start to finish. You can't really see from the photos but they built up the dirt after they were done to help keep it from washing away. I would definitely recommend.

Mark Beamer and Chris Coulbourne were so transparent and honest throughout the process of lifting my mom's (badly sunken) driveway and garage. We are now about four months out after the work was complete and it has stayed very secure and looks wonderful. There are many people in the world who will take advantage of those who are less fortunate and I am always afraid my mom will run into these types, and she does, but this was not one of those dreaded situations. Thank you guys for taking great care of her!
Structural Repair Specialists in Cleveland
Situated along the southern shore of Lake Erie, northeast Ohio cities like Cleveland, Euclid, Lorain, Parma, and nearby experience cold and snowy winters, wet springtime months, and humid and rainy summers. Often hit with lake effect snow, Cleveland and the rest of northeast Ohio will then have saturated soil from springtime snowmelt before transitioning into wet and humid summer months. It doesn’t help that a lot of the area’s soil is heavy with clay that easily soaks up water and expands.
This expanding soil wreaks havoc on your foundation by exerting a lot of pressure on it. This results in wall cracks and bowing, as well as leaking water, which can lead to other issues such as mold growth, wood rot, and basement or crawl space flooding. Many Cleveland homeowners like you have had to deal with these foundation damages and water management issues, but you don’t have to live with these unsafe conditions. Permanent basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space repair and encapsulation, and concrete lifting solutions are available from the seasoned pros at Ohio Basement Authority. We understand the issues homes in the area face, and we can help you protect your home with fully customizable solutions.
