Job was substantially completed 10/07 And full payment was made on 10/08 With the agreement that a 10 foot condensation hose from the dehumidifier would be delivered to me on 10/11 so the Aprilair unit could be more centrally located . Currently hose is only 5 feet long. Also the delivery team did not provide any verbal instructions except to press arrows up or down to set the humidity settings . I was told with purchase that instructions would be given to me and explain maintenance .The agreement was the 10 foot hose would be delivered 10/11 and at that time instructions on care of unit would be provided verbally . I was there from 9a-4:15 and did not receive any calls to reschedule .

They constantly communicated what they were doing and proceeded with care as if it was their own home. We are extremely satisfied with their work. Great group of guys and would recommend them to anyone!!!!! Our garage could have collapsed at any minute and they were so careful to make sure they and my family were both safe.

Dave Syz, the inspector is very professional and compassionate. We have been in this house not even a year and having to deal with leaking into the walls of a beautifully finished basement, albeit a finishing scam, is a harrowing experience. Dave alleviated many concerns and answered every question I had, and some I didn't. He is an asset to his company and I look forward to finishing the job with these guys/gals.

Troy Wilson came out to my house to look at something in my basement that I have had issues with since the basement system was put in. The guy who came and did my inspection 2 years ago told me this was not covered under the life time warranty they provide. I thought that was ridiculous. But I had to live with it. Irritated with them now, Troy came out this year and said "yeah I'm going to fix that for you. It's covered under the warranty." FANTASTIC!!!!! I am thankful for Troy coming out and being professional and no bullshit crap. No excuses just fixed it. Super happy with him. Thanks again.

Very friendly when I called in. Scheduled fee estimate although I wasn’t sure they did what I needed. Even Eakle showed up at scheduled time. Immediately realized I didn’t currently need their services. I showed him what my problem was, and he actually with the use of one little tool fixed my problem perfectly on all five window wells. He was such a friendly guy great customer service. I would highly highly recommend using them if you would ever need waterproofing cement, leveling, or any other other other services I would definitely give them a call. I believe he is out of the Kent office. I’m not sure he did have a 216 area code exchange, he did a fabulous job if I ever need any waterproofing or here of anybody that needs it I would definitely tell him to call these people
